Simple explanations, good for beginning readers. The audio narrators speak clearly and in a fun tone of voice, which makes the reading pleasant for younger listeners.

I found and requested this awhile back but hadn’t had a chance to listen until on a road trip with the kids several hours past bedtime. I liked it.
My almost nine year old: I loved it and it gave me ideas of what I want to be when I grow up.
My 7 year old: I liked the parts that were like space craft had gigantical floaties. It was hilarious! Very funny in fact.

How do Satellites Stay in Space by Jessica Taylor is a wonderful audio book that discusses satellites, their importance and the jobs they do. I think that this audiobook would be fantastic as supplemental material and not just an audio. I feel that the students would understand the concepts much better with the physical book too.
Very well narrated though.

How do Satellites Stay in Space? Kid friendly explanation about Satellites, how they work and what they do.
This was really good as an audiobook but I bet it would be awesome in physical form to see the pictures that go with what they're saying. Still a really good read that I will definitely revisit with my 9 and 6 year olds.
