Long story short; my wife and I have been struggling to track cycles and try to increase our odds of an IUI conception. Our insurance does not classify us as 'infertile' and therefore we get minimal assistance making the journey a complex and costly endeavor. Dr. Burns has given us some hope by offering us comprehensive insight into things that can help the chances of our success in conceiving a child both in and outside of the OB's office.
Obviously buying a book is not going to cure infertility or guarantee success, but it has given us some new things to try and renewed hope. Which, for some, can make all of the difference.
Whether you are purchasing this book for yourself, a friend, a loved one, etc. we wish you and yours luck in this incredibly daunting journey.

This guidebook gives women tips and tracks for getting pregnant. The book provides multiple things to focus on. It also shares things to look out for when you might not be conceiving easily. While it can be a little of an information overload, it provides a lot of information and is a great go to resource to learn about it all.
Useful book for someone that is starting their fertility journey or someone that has been trying for a year. I’ve passed these phases so there’s a lot of information here that I was already familiar with but I was able to learn some new things. I would recommend it to you if you’re starting this journey. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review

great resource for folks struggling with fertilely. very similar to numerous other fertilely boosting books but they are all unique in their own way's and this will find its needed audience.
As someone who is just starting their fertility/try to conceive journey, this book was very insightful! It gives lots of information on nutrition, supplements and more to help along your journey of conceiving. Thank you Dr. Burns for this valuable resource!
I thought this book was decent. As someone currently going through IVF, I only found certain sections appealing, as most of it is aimed towards building your fertility up. Wish I had this book a couple years ago! It has insightful recommendation, and I wish the author was my doctor! Ultimately, it's a wealth of information (some new, some not so new) about how to take control of your fertility.
