This was a super sweet Christmas book. The illustrations were bright, colorful and detailed. The story line was heartfelt and alluded to the true reason of the season. This is definitely one we will read many times and I would purchase for friends with littles.

This is the cutest Christmas book! This would be a great read aloud for a classroom during the holiday season. Also, it would be great for a home library. You can just read it nightly before Christmas! The illustrations are what makes the book! You feel soft and cozy and part of the family.

The Joy of Christmas by Jamie Calloway-Hanuer is a very cute Christmas book that is a five minute read. The illustrations are beautiful.

Precious Moments and Christmas seem to always go hand and hand and this book is perfect example. This adorable story shares what kids see on the wonderful day and it also reminds children and families what is important about Christmas. Adorable illustrations with our favorite precious moments characters add to the charm of this little story. Reading it gets us in the spirit of Christmas and what we love about that time of year. This would make a very special gift book for family and friends to share. Your little one will want to read it over and over, mine sure did. We received this as an ARC but will definitely be adding it to our home library.

I absolutely love precious moments as a kid. I grew up with that. Now seeing it and reading it to my daughter was just amazing. She loved it she got so excited over the pictures. I to love the art work and colors for this book and i would read every December to my girls.

The pictures were gorgeous and reminded me of my childhood Christmas books. Wasn't a big fan of the slight religious undertones at the end but this is precious moments so I'm not surprised. It at least wasn't intense about Jesus. I definitely would think about purchasing this for my daughter.

The illustrations are the quintessential cuteness, with soft, pleasing colors and a balanced look on every page. Precious Moments art is a timeless classic that holds sentimental thoughts and memories, especially around Christmas.

They do a fantastic job of telling a story with simple words, a melodic cadence, and a non-denominational feel of the true meaning of Christmas. Cheers to a well-crafted and thought-out Christmas children’s picture book. I’d love to own this one and share it with my littles.

Two little children wake up on Christmas morning as we see the way they celebrate with lots of love and joy. Their family and friends, gifts and baking, caroling and stories told by the fire place.

This was so adorable, what a precious story to tell at Christmas time, I loved that it shares the deeper magic that family and just having each other is a big gift itself. It was so beautiful and it shared all the wonderful things you can do together.

The illustrations were stunning and utterly precious I loved the color tones and the characters all looked really sweet. I loved seeing the story through the illustrations as they opened their gifts, as they were helping with the baking, seeing the sleigh in the sky all so sweet to look at.

I really love chritsmas books, they are so much fun to read. They are perfect to shares a sweet story with your little ones, it helps get them all magical and excited and also shares different meanings for the holiday for each one. If you love reading and looking at chraistmas book with your littles I do recommend this one, it’s really precious.

A sweet picture book for all ages about the joys of Christmas. I enjoyed it. Another one to add to the collection.

Absolutely adorable! The illustrations are reminiscent of my childhood books making me even more nostalgic. It was a heartwarming read and simple enough for the little ones to read as well. The illustrations clearly correlate to the sentence or sentences written on the page. The family dynamic was easy to define in a single word: happy. This provides a great example of how a family should interact. The characters, while unsophisticated, are respectful and therefore, amazing role models for the young readers. The story upholds wonderful traditions that are rarely seen today. Highly recommend to all, even those who are above this book's reading level.

This book has a nice rhythm that keeps children engaged in the story. The illustrations throughout the book are beautiful. This is a nice Christmas read that reminds readers that love, peace, and joy are the most important gifts of the holiday. The book gently reminds children that Christmas is a religious holiday, but this isn’t overbearing for families that aren’t overly religious. I think that this story is a cheerful read that reminds children that family and the love that they share is the best gift of all. This book is a good holiday read for younger children.
