I have been provided with a review copy of Peril from NetGalley for an impartial review. This book was just so easy to get lost in. I completely got lost in the story and I just loved getting to see these new characters come together. I just absolutely love this story and I just didn’t want to put it down. I can’t wait to see what’s next from this author.
I love these 3 authors and this is the second collaboration of theirs I have read, the first was Pivot where there was a particular character that would connect to the next story.
In Peril we track 3 criminals across the 3 stories...
In Redemption (Alexandra Ivy) we meet Tessa and Ian, they met and worked together 5 years earlier and have a hot night of passion before she flees Denver to get away from the nightmares of a colleague who died but returns when she hears the man who killed him is back in Denver. Teaming back up with Ian to track him down, a quick hot passion ignites between them, 0-100 in under 10 seconds romance. While they track the killer down and revelations of their colleage are divulged the trio escape.
We find the crooks next in a small town of Redemtion in Rescue: hero style (Rebecca Zanetti) where Ella and Cade are the couple front and center. If you like your men in stories to be hot, self assured and demanding, dominating, Cade is for you. After screwing up big time and trying to get Ella back, I was glad that Rebecca gave Ella a backbone to think things through and not just run straight back to him because he turns up saying, sorry were're back on. With the bad guys in their town, causing issues, they also slip through their fingers and make it to another spot to hide out.
The final part of the story where the men on the run meet their end in One last Kiss (Kat Martin) you get to meet Libby and Sam, the Rich girl from NY finding herself on a ranch in order to get her inheritence. I had actually read this short story when I binged the Bood Ties, The Logans series but still enjoyed it, even though I knew where the story was going.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Three Romantic Supense stories that are perfect for those lunchtime escapes. Lots of strong willed heroines and the steadfast alpha hero’s who love them. These authors deliver an action packed punch.

From romantic thriller powerhouses Kat Martin, Alexandra Ivy and Rebecca Zanetti, the trio behind the instant USA Today bestseller PIVOT, three new interwoven stories about brave heroes fighting to stop a rampage - and protect the women they love...
Three women. Three connected stories. Three bestselling authors.
Interesting but novellas were too short! I already knew I liked Kat Martin and had already her piece of the tale.
The other two tied it together beautifully. One gang of baddies and encounters three different authors. I recommend this book if you like short stories.
4 stars
Three connecting stories, barely. They each have one thing in common but is not revealed in the second two books right away so it feels like a totally different story. A little editing problem at the ending of book three. The last chapter and the Epilogue are from book two and we never find out how the happy ending ends for book three. Which was the author that I most wanted to read in this book. I only chose it because of that one author.
These stories weren't long enough! 3 novellas with a common denominator, a group of bank robbers. My favorite was about Redemption, Wyoming. Though, each story was good. I've always liked Kat Martin, but the other 2 authors complimented her well. Each story is a thriller with action and of course romance, throw in some steamy sex scenes and you've got a winner. If you like quick stories that pack a punch, then you will love this book. I recommend picking up a copy.
Thank you to NetGalley and Kensington Books for the opportunity to read this ARC.
Three authors, three novellas, all involving bank robbers, resulting in wonderful romantic suspense stories.
In “Redemption” by Alexandra Ivy, Tessa left the police department in Denver five years after her partner was murdered, something for which she feels partly responsible for. Now living in Wisconsin and focusing on cold cases, she is excited to get an email concerning that case and returns to Denver to help track down her former partner’s killer. I loved the way Tessa reconnected with Ian, now a detective, and the bond they formed.
In “Rescue Hero Style” Rebecca Zanetti returns to Redemption, Wyoming. Caden, the town’s sheriff, had ended his relationship with Ella, his fiancé, and left town to treat his PTSD. Caden returns to find criminals in his town and Ella in danger. Harley, the wolf, is a favorite recurring character in the Redemption series.
In “One Last Kiss” by Kat Martin, Libby’s wealthy uncle dies and in his will he requires her to leave NYC to spend four weeks working on a ranch in Colorado if she wants her inheritance. Libby’s early life on a farm ended with the death of her parents. She was then raised by her uncle and blocked out all her memories of her early life. The ranch owner, Sam, knew her uncle well and reluctantly accepted the uncle’s rules about Libby working on the ranch. Once again, the bank robbers make an appearance, threatening the people around them. I hope to see more of the ranch hand Big John Coolwater, he intrigued me.
I enjoyed how these three authors wove together their stories, using the same bank robbers to link each novella.
Thanks to Kensington and NetGalley for providing an digital Advanced Reader Copy. This is my honest review.
This was a great story told in three parts. Each different but connected in a way. While each of the stories was short, the characters were well developed and the plot was rich with action, romance, and some fun. Great read from cover to cover.
I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
Our library doesn’t purchase paperbacks but some are donated and enjoyed. This a book I would pickup for my own pleasure. I enjoy reading the shorter stories sometimes. These stories are connected to each other and have mysteries to solve. This is a book I would recommend to others.
Alexandra Ivy, Rebecca Zanetti and Kat Martin come together once again to write thrilling stories they weave together about murder, redemption and love.
REDEMPTION - ALEXANDRA IVY
This story begins in Pike, Wisconsin. Tessa Ralston is a police officer who lost her partner Colt five years ago when she worked in Denver…and she blames herself. Now she lives in Pike and works on cold cases. When she learns that the man who killed him, Deacon Mitchell, has surfaced in Denver, she flies to Denver to try to stop him and finds out her partner will be Detective Ian Sullivan, a man she had the hots for when she worked at the Denver Police Department; and the feelings were mutual. They both realize the feelings are just as strong as they were.
Deacon shows up in Denver to cause more trouble and he enlists two other criminals to help him, Vince and Max. Tessa and Ian try to stop them. When they learn that Colt wasn’t who they thought he was, they are both disappointed. When Tessa gets shot in her shoulder and “Deke” gets away again, Ian is just happy that she is okay and professes his love for her. Ian is willing to leave Denver and move to Pike just to be with Tessa, and has his letter of resignation ready. But Tessa gets an offer to work in the cold case department in Denver and wants to stay to be with Ian. So they live in Denver and have their happy ever after!
RESCUE: HERO STYLE - REBECCA ZANETTI
Ella Riverton has been in love with Caden Scott for what feels like forever. But Caden just broke things off with no explanation. She doesn’t want to give him a second chance, but when Ella is in trouble, Caden realizes he can’t live without her and doesn’t give her a choice!
Ella works in the bank in Redemption, Wyoming. When R.J., a man who used to go to school with Ella shows up, she doesn’t have a clue that he’s casing the bank for a robbery and that he’s in cahoots with…Deacon Mitchell, Vince and Max! R.J. kidnaps Ella and uses her as a hostage in his plan to escape, but Caden shows up with some help with a couple of friends and R.J. ends up dead and Ella is rescued. The other three criminals get away again!
Caden convinces Ella that he loves her and wants to marry her and have a family with her. Another happy ending!
ONE LAST KISS - Kat Martin
Liberty “Libby” Hale is a makeup model. When her parents were killed she went to live with her Uncle Marty. When Marty dies he leaves her an inheritance, but she has to live at the Bridger Ranch in Colorado for one month to claim her inheritance. Sam Bridger thinks Libby’s a spoiled little princess who won’t last a month on the ranch, but he’s going to treat her like any other person working the ranch, per Marty’s request. No special treatment.
Deacon, Vince and Max show up again. Vince takes Libby hostage and plans to rape her, but Big John arrives and with one blow, Vince is dead. Libby has fallen in love with Sam and Sam loves Libby, so she ends up staying in Colorado with Sam and they have their happy ever after!
One of the things that a police force never forgets or forgives is someone who kills a fellow cop. This story which is kind of a love story thrown in focuses on the cop killer but also on an attraction between two fellow cops although that emotion has been laying dormant for a while. Follow this attraction through the eyes of Tessa Ralston.
It has been said that necessity can generate strange bed-fellows, this story hooks up an amazing collection of strange pairings. Throw in a bank robbery and assorted other shenanigans and you have the making of an interesting story. And I say this as someone who doesn't normally enjoy romance stories. The criminal mind is led by Deacon "Deke" Mitchell. Will Tessa and the other officers be able to wrangle him this time or will he continue to prove to be elusive?
Expect a wild ride as the settings change from Colorado to Wyoming dude ranch. If you are looking for adventure that is on the different side, then this is a read for you.
This is my second experience with a Kat Martin’s books and once again I am in love !!!
Three short stories about mystery and romance … absolutely loved it !!!
Each character had their own burden to bear and every couple had this way of being very sweet and very frustrating at the same time!!! All of them full of banters and bickering and they all started with a sort of enemies to lovers trope. Two out of three have a shared past that makes their chemistry even more tense!!!
I loved reading this collection. It was truly fast paced, entertaining and engaging in the action happening in between the romances and it makes for a perfect fast read !!! I’m so glad I had the chance to read this book!!!

Thrilling set of 3 novellas. All action packed and exciting. The first deals with locating a cop killer, the second involves espionage, love and friendship while the third deals with an inheritance with stipulations attached. Each author takes you on an enjoyable ride. Along with the snippets and teasers of books to come. This is an exciting one sitting read.
A big thank you to NetGalley and Kensington/Zebra for the eARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is an anthology, 3 novellas by different authors. I like to sometimes read anthologies to find new authors. This time I knew all the authors and would have gotten it just for Rebecca Zanetti book. The 3 stories are loosely connected by the bank robbers. Which is sort of odd, but okay. I enjoyed the story Rescue: Hero Style the best. I enjoyed all of them though. 4 stars
I requested this book solely for Rebecca Zanetti, she is one of my all time favorites! I wish she would make the cattle club into full length books. I'd love to go deeper into their stories! It was fun to have a story where the characters were already together.
An enjoyable read. I've read many of Kat Martin's books, but this was the first time reading Alexandra Ivy & Rebecca Zanetti. I would definitely look for their books in the future (both historical catalogue as well as future). Please note that the final chapters in the 2nd story, were tagged to the end of the Kat Martin (3rd).
Generally I'm not a fan of anthologies, but being a fan of Kat Martin, I gave this a try. The connection among them was tenuous, but enjoyable none the less.
Great collaboration between three great authors. The three separate stories are tied together by a group of bank robbers from Denver on the run in different areas of Colorado and Wyoming. Alexandra Ivy, Rebecca Zanetti, and Kat Martin bring their distinctive writing styles to bring these stories. I thought they were all good stories and I look forward to reading more like this and books by the authors separately. I received an early copy from Netgalley and I'm leaving my honest review.
I really like these authors individually and together in one book is phenomenal. Read this book for a story from each of my favorite authors and it an amazing weekend read.
I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
These3 authors always deliver delightful stories. These were connected by a criminal that showed up in book 1 and carried through each story. I had already read Kat's story so that was less exciting - but loved the other two. A great read that I recommend!
Love both stories. There is a technical issue though, Chapter 17 from Rescue : Hero Style was also after chapter 16 in One Last Kiss. I downloaded the book as second time and it was the same.
