This was nice. Second chance romance, miscommunication, dual pov! I love hearing the different pov's. It makes you truly understand each person. And the group they had to show around: perfection! I want to visit Italy now! :)
I had a hard time getting invested in this story, but somewhere in the middle I fell for Rory and Huck. It was fun to read about Italy and some of the places they visited. The widows were fun!
Escaping Valentine's Day is a cute read. This is a second chance romance that you will fall in love with. Rory is tired of watching happy couples celebrate Valentine's day and is in need of a career change. A girls single trip to Italy is what Rory is needed. Huck is a talented chef on a new adventure. Rory never expected to see Huck again after he broke her heart. This is their second chance played out in an Italian adventure that will make your heart happy as Huck and Rory work on reconnecting and working through what happened all those years ago. I could not get enough of this one. I loved Huck and Rory's journey so much.
DNF this book wasn't to my taste. After a chapter or so into reading I lost interest. DNF

This is a cute second chance romance set in Italy.
Rory and Huck were childhood best friends who became more. But 5 years back Huck walked away. And now they have been given a second chance, and with a prince vying for Rory’s attention, Huck needs to act fast.
This is an enjoyable read with some very cute main and secondary characters. And I loved that an anti valentine trip ends with a HEA.
This was a fun book to read. The anti-Valentine’s Day theme was definitely interesting . I loved the characters and the location. I thought a second romantic interest added an extra touch to the story too.
The premise was an interesting one but I could not connect to the story or the characters. The ending was predictable.
Started out a bit slow bht was great in the middle. Loved the side characters a lot. The conflict was maybe a bit extra drawnout for me. There were many moments they could have spoken and resolved a lot. Ending felt like it came on very abruptly and I would have loved a longer end or at least an epilog. 4 solid stars tho for me. I liked the story a lot. Clean romance.
