This book presents the history of a fairly obscure part of the US Air Force. This part of the Air Force provided specially trained flight crews to operate intelligence collection aircraft during the Cold War. Somewhat dry; but interesting nevertheless.

As a non-military person, I struggled with much of this. The military jargon was difficult for me. I respect the story and found that there were timelines that this story helped to fill.

This is a wonderful read. The story is inspiring and a wonderful addition to the genre. The storytelling is very effective as the pace moves along well without sacrificing detail. Very glad to have had the opportunity to read it!
