Meg Cole loses her father and becomes majority shareholder of a major oil company, requiring her to leave her little life working at a museum to return home and run the family business--something she has no desire to do. Her anxiety is on the rise as she attempts to fill her father's shoes. New people come into her life, one in particular is Bo Porter, the the manager of her father's thoroughbred farm-whom she tried to fire.
My thoughts: In Undeniably Yours, even the minor characters are vivid and like-able. I would like to have seen a little more about Stephen, but I think the lack of information emphasized his lack of emotion. The story moves along nicely. The romance is sweet, and there is a bit of suspense. The Christian element is strong. I took away a lot of great applications, like what I have isn't really mine--I am a steward of His money, His house, etc. The plot also demonstrates God's faithfulness and how He uses each of us to encourage and help others. I really enjoyed reading this book!

This book was requested when I was young and requested more books than I could possibly read. Sadly, I no longer have access to this book and my tastes have changed. Thus I will not be able to give feedback on this title.

Meg Cole’s life has been turned upside-down, with the unexpected death of her father she has inherited the majority of the family business moving back to the family home to take control of the business as well as being in control of the family fortune. As the new owner of her father’s race horses she has decided to close down the ranch. What she didn’t see was Bo Porter convincing her to keep the ranch open for another 6 months.

Becky Wade has created another sweet story that will captivate you. You will fall in love with Bo and Meg and the adventure they embark on. Watching as Meg discovers what she should be doing and figuring out how to deal with the life her family legacy has destined for her, Meg is on a journey to find herself and the plans that God has for her.

Wade creates strong characters that you will fall in love with. You will relate to Meg’s vulnerability and the pressures she feels to please her family while trying to figure out how to find her own way. Undeniably Yours is the perfect book to add to your summer reading list.

I received this book complimentary through the Litfuse Publicity Group in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I love watching a good romantic comedy, and reading this novel was reminiscent of that... maybe it was the cowboy storyline or Meg and Bo's unfriendly meet-cute (love it when stories start like that). I loved the storyline, the romance and the spiritual journeys of the characters.

If you are looking for a romance that will have your heart twisting with each turn of the page and a hero who will fight for the woman he loves, then this is the book for you.
I wasn’t sure if I would like the heroine all that much, a rich heiress. But Becky made her so likeable that you can’t help but cheer for her. Meg, the heroine, is like many of us who come to know Christ. We think we don’t deserve all this grace, all the gifts the King lavishes on us and have trouble accepting them. Meg feels the same way when her father dies and leaves her everything.
Meg does something very cool with the gifts she’s been given, but I can’t tell you what, you’ll have to read to find out. It’s a beautiful picture of what our Father wants us to do with the gifts He gives to us.
And I can’t forget about Bo, the hero. Oh my, he is so perfect for Meg but it takes them a while to admit it and there are some bumps along the way. Becky has created a wonderful hero in Bo Porter, the kind of man who will fight for the woman he loves and do whatever it takes to prove his love to her.
Becky creates very real characters. I love how she gave Meg quirks that make her tangible, like chewing the inside of her cheek or twirling her earring when she is nervous and slipping on her glasses to help her see better. Don’t we all have our own habits? These things make characters real to us.
This book is the first in a series and I can’t wait to see what Becky whips up next.

Becky has a way with story, especially romances. And this wasn’t a shallow story. The heroine faced panic attacks, deep betrayal, and the death of her father. And though she’d been born into money, she suffered plenty.

I liked how being with the confident hero gave her confidence and helped soothe her anxiety. How, as she got to know the hero and his impression of her, she began to see herself differently. This theme came up more than once.

The heroine couldn’t view herself as beautiful or capable, but through the eyes of the supporting “cast,” she began to rethink her “self-opinion,” and that changed her. Readers will relate with this as they consider the people in their lives whose opinions matter more than any others.

Becky’s prose is delicious and her characterization made the characters real. Never did the story lag, and though I’ve just finished it, I want to stay in this make-believe world.

I liked how the title had double-meaning—referring to both the hero’s devotion to the heroine, but also to the heroine’s devotion to the Lord in her surrender.

Between the honorable, strong hero and the relatable, strong heroine, I really enjoyed this book. I’ll be watching for Becky’s next novel.

Highly recommended!
