After a few cliffhangers the final chapters were just brilliant!! A few surprises along the way with Nancy and Freddy, Alice and Dom.
Warm feel good reading! Light hearted and a great summer holiday read or for something relaxing!!
Loved all 4 parts!
Thank you NetgGalley and Avon books for the early read.
Bella Osborne - An Invitation To Seashell Bay (part 4) Having A Ball.
This is the fourth and final instalment of what will be a full length novel, but has been released as a serialisation first.
In line with the previous three parts of this book, part four is sporting stunning cover. As I said in a previous review, it’s worth buying this book in it’s serialised form, for their beautiful covers alone. They really would look quite special lined up on a shelf together.
Anyway, to the important part… the story. As I’ve mentioned, this is a serialisation so needs to be read in order.
Poor Nancy is still struggling. Her business is on the verge of going under and a nasty rumour makes her front page news.
Who would want to spread such lies about Nancy?
The attraction between Nancy and Freddy has grown into something more. But can the two have what their hearts desire, without losing it all?
This is a fitting conclusion to what has been a lovely story.
It’s full of Bella Osborne’s usual wit and humour with lots of genuinely sweet and touching moments thrown in.
I’m a massive fan of Bella’s writing and however you read this story - in four parts or in one. You really are in for a treat.

With thanks to Netgalley and Avon Books Uk for a digital arc of this title.
What a delightful last instalment for this new series. I've really enjoyed reading this one and loved the characters of Nancy, Alice, Freddie and Dom. The storyline flowed along so well and all the dramas throughout the previous instalments are all tied up so nicely! It's written so cleverly with likeable characters, a wonderful location and lots of fun, love and laughter!! The author never fails to make me chuckle throughout! This is a short novella sized read, as this story has been serialised into 4 parts, but if reading them in one go is better for you, then it is being released as a full sized novel soon! I would definitely recommend it though, such a lovely, light-hearted read! Perfect!
I was super excited to read this final installment and it was a very fitting end to the story which tied up all of the storylines for Alice and Nancy. I'd highly recommend it. I'm definitely hoping there will be future stories with these characters as I enjoyed it so much.
A brilliant end to this 4 part story. This is a read that flows, deals with emotions and relationships in a witty and warm, uplifting way. I loved all the characters but especially Freddy. I thought that Nancy held her own and my heart went out to Alice. This had a bit of everything and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you to Avon Books UK and Netgalley for the opportunity to read this.
Mad, frenetic and all rather barmy. If you like your romance with peacocks, cardiac problems and playground problems- and you should, then this is the book you need.
I've absolutely loved reading this four part book. I've loved the storyline, the settings, and the brilliant cast of characters.
I have really loved reading it in parts rather than a full book. I definitely have looked forward to receiving each part and highly recommend reading this way.
The best side character/animal was the peacock. I just loved his last attack before he got his HEA
Freddy and Nancy are in a pickle in this part of the book! I had total faith in Nancy that she can overcome this as she has the many other obstacles in her life previously. Freddy, is another story. Can he finally show signs of becoming a responsible adult? With Nancy at his side, I think the answer has to be yes!
Alice is facing a difficult situation also, but since this is a romance book, I know all will end happy.
The characters go through so much change in this relatively short book (all four parts). I had different opinions of Alice and Freddy when I first met them, but as in life, as I get to know someone, my first impression may not be accurate.
I love the book covers of this four part book! Totally gorgeous!
I enjoyed this final part and the other 3 parts immensely! I definitely recommend reading all four parts, or waiting until the entire book is released. Reading only one of the parts issues will not be enough!
Thank you to Avon Books UK and NetGalley for allowing me to read the advance reader copy, with no obligation to write a review. My review is written freely as a hobby, and is totally my own opinion, not influenced by receiving the ARC.
Absolutely loved the final part of this hilarious read by Bella Osbourne, this has been such an enjoyable read.
Full review to come on the blog tour.
Love it, what a super ending. Such good characters, characters you really want to cheer for in both Alice and Nancy. Bella Osbourne is not a series writer but I would love to meet them all again. Thank you netgalley for the advanced copy
An absolute joy to be able to read the last part of this book.. thank you.
Alice is waiting for her heart surgery and with a very slim chance of a poor outcome, attempts to end her relationship with Dom....nit what she wants to do but feels is the kindest thing for him and Bonnie.
Nancy's business feels like it is under deep threat whilst Freddy is demanding her time to try and right his wrong in his desire to sell the family estate.
Will the girls get their fairy tale ending ir are the stakes too highly stacked.
Highly recommend this beautiful story.
I am fully invested in this story and the characters. We see both Nancy and Alice’s stories progressing in this instalment; I love the parts with Nancy and Freddy, some really funny comedic moments. Alice is seeking her hearts desire, but is keeping something secret. I enjoyed every moment and read through it so quickly.
This last instalment in the 4-part series picks up where part 3 left off. Nancy and Freddy are in shock, someone is clearly trying to sabotage both of their futures.
If they want to salvage anything from the mess, they will have to put aside their differences and work together one last time.
I have loved reading this series of books, following the characters’ stories has been an absolute joy.
This final part was just amazing. I cannot express just how much I loved this book along with the other three parts. A wonderful ending just as you would expect from Bella Osborne. I am now very sorry I have left all the wonderful characters behind in the pages it was a pure pleasure to meet them all. These books are a real gem certainly not to be missed.
Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for the ARC in return for an honest review. It was an absolute pleasure.
The last piece and a great tie up of all loose ends in a neat bow. Still overall a funny and lighthearted story.
As soon as I received an ARC of the final instalment of An Invitation to Seashell Bay, I knew I had to read it straightaway. Part three left us on tenterhooks with a nasty newspaper article, potential bankruptcy and Alice’s ill health so I was keen to see how the book concluded. Once again Bella Osborne has weaved her magic with this wonderful series. It’s warm, lighthearted and some of the characters feel like old friends. Highly recommended. Thank you to NetGalley, Avon Books UK and the author for the chance to review.
The finale to the story of Nancy, Freddie, Alice and Dom was a satisfying read. Again read in one short sitting. I love Bella Osborne’s writing and books - this one is a gorgeous read, guaranteed to make you smile 😀 . Wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wow part 4 of an invitation to seashell bay certainly didn’t disappoint! I love a book where everything comes together so beautifully and so eloquently!
Nancy and Freddy the most unlikely of pairings pull out all the stops to save Freddy’s inheritance,no easy feat especially with uncle Dickies interference, but by true diligence, hard work and a smattering of good old fashioned mutual attraction they succeed with their robust elaborate plan for the continuity of Langham Hall,
Meanwhile Alice had her own demons to face and in doing so pushes the lovely Dom away, but with a little interference from her perceptive dad they are reunited as she comes to in hospital post surgery.
As cliched as it sounds happy endings such as these really make for such a feel good reading experience! I would so love to see a follow up to this book!
Thank you netgalley fir this early read.
