Was great catching up with the characters of puddleduck farm, phoebe and her wonderful grandmother and of course the animals who live with Maggie.
We join them again as phoebe is setting up her own vets practice and finds the elusive Lord of the manor Rufus and his son Archie as a new client, they still feel the sparks between them but will class of society interfer.
I can't wait to read the next in the series, I love reading about the antics Maggie gets up to, the wonderful Sam who is the local riding instructor and all the other lovely characters that pop up as pheobes story continues
Wonderful storyline that kept me reading

This is the second book in the series. I have not read the first instalment, but the book works well as a standalone.

Phoebe is opening her own veterinary surgery in a refurbished barn on Puddleduck Farm, owned by her grandmother. Follow her trials tribulations as she overcomes the difficulties that arise due to flytipping, bad bunny breeders and a confused love life!

Some wonderful characters, beautifully described locations and a fun story make this a good light read. I'll definitely look out for book 3 (and go back and read book 1!)

Firstly, I want to live at Puddleduck Farm!
What a beautiful place as a backdrop for a novel about friendship, self acceptance, overcoming challenges and just LIFE.
I love the story, the concept and the characters. More please!

Phoebe has achieved her dream of opening her own vet practice with the help of friend and her gran Maggie. Loved this book as with the rest of the Puddleduck Farm books

A thoroughly enjoyable read. It was great to read about Phoebe opening her own veterinary practice and how well it was doing at Puddleduck farm. This was a beautifully written story of love, friendship and support from family and friends.

Such a great read. Phoebe is a vet who has moved back to her roots in the New Forest. Her recently opened practice is proving successful, but what about her personal life? I really enjoyed the tension in this story and with unrequited love, mental health and people starting over it's very real and relatable.
Would recommend reading the first book in the series first, although this works fine as a standalone too.

'Don't dream your life, live your dreams'
Phoebe Dashwood is 'a passionately committed vet' who is living and working at her grandmother's small animal practice.

Seth is a vet 'expepppppct in fparm animals' where as Phoebe is used too seeing cats🐈 dogs🐕 and kids pets. However she 'was on the brink of opening a practise of her own and wanted too ecpand her repertoire. Shadowy Seth was the perfect opportunity'.

Maggie is Phoebe's grandmother previously ran Pudsledleduck farm 'had once been a dairy farm. Now it was a animal sanctuary-ruppppn by Maggie, however 'who'd needs to employ a full time manager so she could semi-retire.

Tori and Sam are friends 'Phoebe's life had been entwined with Sam's for as long as she could remember'. Both friends have just started new relationships.

Maggie is her grandmother 👵, who states 'as long as you remember there are other things in ĺife as well as well'.
There is also two dogs, 'never far from Maggie's side' are called Buster elderly labrador and Tiny the Irish wolfhound. 🐕 🐕.

Maggie had a rather sexy dream about Rufus. when it came down to lt, [he] was pretty ordinary' Rufus does not want 'people to treat him differently just he lived on a huge estate and was a son of a lord'.

Belinda Bates, Burley bunnies🐰 . Added depth to novel.

Later Phoebe goes n to say 'Im done fantasising about unobtainable men'

Another busy week at the nusary' Maggie was.not in the habit of telling lies, except when it came to her health and energy levels'.

It's the day of the agricultural show. Where all of our characters gather together, will thing go to plan, or will lives changed forever? Great start to what I'm guessing will.he a mini series, I love those as you get.to know the characters and their surroundings in greater detail.

Excellent to be back at Puddleduck Farm. You felt for Sam. The history of how the farm came into Phoebe’s family was interesting and I loved the vet stories of who came into the vets. The rabbit part of the story was sad but well told. We got the ending for Phoebe we wanted. Another book is needed . I loved it

This is the second in a series about Phoebe, a vet who moves to her grandmother’s farm after heartache and related problems. In this book, Phoebe is setting up her own practice and navigating her attraction to a somewhat troubled neighbor and issues related to animal cruelty. Not much actually happens in the book, which is told from three different perspectives, but it’s charmingly written and the characters are likeable and well-developed. It’s a very enjoyable light read. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an advance copy in exchange for an honest review.

A sweet romance. This is the second in a series but is fine as a standard alone. I find Phoebe a bit irritating but overall a good read.

Della is quickly becoming one of my favourite authors. Rainbows over Puddleduck Farm made me laugh, smile and rooting for the characters that I fell in love with during book one.

Even though there is a time jump in this book it does make prefect sense. The book opens just as Phoebe is about to open Puddleduck Vets, the place that has been a dream and a way of keeping her grandmother Maggie on the farm she loves so much.

We also meet her loveable niece and nephew. More family events.

Everything is just fine until a posion stream, pushes Rufus and Phoebe together, whilst we watch as Sam tries to move on. I don't want to ruin this book for anyone but I loved how Phoebe and her friends/family fight against the horrid Belinda and her Burley Bunnies.

You can't help but want to know if Rufus manages to work more on his PTSD and listen to his therapist. We meet more characters to love. They are introduced in a way that you instantly fall in love with them like Marcus!

You can feel the chemistry, the characters dancing on the page as you fall more in love with their world. I can't wait, hopefully, to read more of this wonderful series!

Thank you to Boldwood and Netgalley for giving.me access to the ARC.

The second book from Puddleduck farm and I have to say it didn’t disappoint.
A wonderful lighthearted read of how Phoebe has built her new vets practise on the grounds of her grandmothers farm. The story is about building up the business, the clients and their animals good and bad. An especially one lady who has difficulties with the names of the sexual anatomy of her dog. It also deals with the sad side of cross breeding and the outcomes of the animals envolved. But will love encounter all for Phoebe, Toni, Sam and even Maggie who is getting on in years, but this is not going to stop her one bit. Loved it and cannot wait for the next one and abit more of Rufas Holt

I loved being back at Puddleduck Farm and catching up with Phoebe, Maggie and everyone else. Phoebe opens her own vet practice and this brings to her attention an issue with a rabbit breeder. There is also a need to speak to Rufus from the Manor House after it’s is found that the river that runs through their properties is polluted. Is there a connection between them or is her longtime friend Sam still a possible love interest? There is also some romance for a couple of the other characters too. The characters and scenery, along with the different events and topics covered, make this a great read. Although this can be read as a standalone I would recommend reading Coming Home to Puddleduck Farm as well. Thank you to Boldwood Books and Netgalley for the opportunity to read this in exchange for an honest review.

Phoebe Dashwood is in the prime of her life! Not only is she a highly accomplished Veterinarian, but she is spreading her wings and opening her new practice Puddleduck Vets after only a year back in the New Forest. With all the work that running a small business entails, she doesn't have time for romance, even if best friend Tori has other ideas.

Rufus Holt, the son of Lord Holt who owns the land surrounding Puddleduck Farm, doesn't have time for romance either. Between raising his son Archie and managing his family's financial obligations, he has his hands full! Not to mention the constant flashbacks and grief over the accidental death of his wife Rowena several years before.

But the more time that Phoebe and Rufus spend together, they can't deny that they've each felt the sparks fly. Will either of them be brave enough to step out of the professional and into the personal?

This book is the second in the Puddleduck Farm series by Della Galton and can either be read as a stand alone or in series order. I really enjoyed the book and found that although the romance is light (no spice), the depth of story comes from the heavier themes she has included (PTSD, illegal dumping, improper breeding and animal cruelty).

Thank you again to author Della Galton, Boldwood Publishing and Netgalley for the opportunity to read this book ahead of it's release on the 16th February 2023.

This is my first Della Galton book. I haven't read the previous book in her series. I didn't feel lost reading it however, so I think it can be a stand alone. It was a sweet read that dealt with heavy topics such as ptsd and animal abuse. It also has a touch of romance. I liked the ptsd rep. Phoebe opens a new vet practice and soon discovers that someone has been abusively breeding lop eared bunnies and polluting the stream that runs through the farm....yikes. With the help of her friends, she goes on a search to find out who is behind all this.

A lovely story despite the awful things learned about toxic chemicals and also toxic breeders.
Phoebe has left her shared veterinary practice/cheating romantic partner in London and returned to her home/grandmother/friends to take over a practice and rebuild her life. Grandmother is a hoot with a history of protests who is also her receptionist. Phoebe has an old friend who has loved her forever, but she just doesn't feel that way towards Sam. Then there is the widowed "lord of the manor" who appears to hate horses, his son (budding horse whisperer), and a whole cast of very interesting people. Add in a disgusting breeder of lop-eared rabbits, poison found in the river on manor property, some bad decisions by a few, and you have a really nice read with lots of things to learn. A great read which has me hoping for a next book nest year!
I requested and received a free e-book copy from Boldwood Books via NetGalley. Thank you!

Phoebe is about to open her new vet practice on Puddleduck farms. Business picks up right away for Phoebe. She soon discovers that someone has been irresponsibly breeding lop eared bunnies AND someone has likely been polluting the stream that runs though the farm. With the help of her friends, she will discover the culprit to the pollution and manage the breeder. She will also possibly find love along the way.

A sweet and enjoyable book. I did not realize this was a sequel, but I don't think the book suffered for it. The author did a pretty good job filling in background info for the reader. A good rep for PTSD and therapy!

Having been introduced to this author when I read coming home to puddleduck farm I was excited to read the next instalment in this series rainbows over puddleduck farm to see how phoebe and the other inhabitants journey continued.

This could be read as a standalone if you haven’t read the previous instalment but I highly recommend reading the first one first for full enjoyment.

This was another brilliant escapism read which I read in one sitting on a wet Sunday afternoon and couldn’t put it down. Every character and every page exhumed charm and character and compassion and loved the way that everyone looked out for each other and the animals.

This book also covers a lot of issues that readers will find relatable such as ptsd and animal cruelty in a very sensitive and informative way.

This series would make a lovely cosy tv programme and I am eagerly anticipating the next instalment of
This series.

The story follows Phoebe's journey as she opens her animal practice at Puddleduck Farm with the help of her grandma Maggie . While having the regular animals as patient their this a breeder of straight face and lop ear bunny which is very much illegal . With her best friend Tori's help they make them close their business . Because the stream between her farm and Rufus estate is poisoned they try to find a solution and they spent time together .
I received this book from netgalley and the publicer as an ARC . Thank you . All thoughts and opinions are my own .

Thank you to the publisher for allowing me to read this eARC!

This was a sweet, light story even though we were dealing with some nasty things such as a posioned stream. Our MC radiated happiness, the farm sounded adorable, the friendship dynamics were great...overall this was just a delightful story.
