Ooh! Delilah is finally caught!

Lady Delilah Windermere has a free soul, she loved everything about the stage and performing and had an immense dislike for Sebastian, the Duke of Ravensworth!

Everyone thought she had gone to Switzerland for the Summer but the truth was she was performing on stage with a travelling troupe of actors. Once Sebastian came across her on stage he was determined to stay with her and protect her.

As the troupe travel around the country both Seb and Lilah become close, although Lilah is trying her very best to resist him, the passion just sizzles whenever they are together and she comes to see him as a man and not the Duke and for the first time cannot seem to keep her hands or thoughts from him.

Starting a mad passionate, steamy relationship with him while travelling the country was one of the best times for the both of them but Seb wanted her for his wife and not just a dalliance.

I do love all the Windermere ladies and it was great to see them with their husbands making an appearance within Delilah and Sebastian’s love story which had a fun element and lots of steamy episodes.

If you love to read steamy books about sexy Dukes not afraid to go after what they want, this is a read for you!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I really enjoyed Seb and Delilah’s story. It was a nice twist on enemies to lovers. I loved that Sebastian encouraged Delilah to be herself. All in all a sweet love story with a hefty dose of steam.

I received an ARC of this book from the publisher through NetGalley and am voluntarily providing a review.

Flowers, Masquerade Ball, Actors, a Story Not to Miss:
My goodness this author writes an exciting prologue. It certainly had
my heart racing and the story doesn't slowdown.
Delilah is sure she hates Sebastian and will forever, yet they both have
that tiny feeling that they can't quite explain.
We will follow both of these strong characters Delilah and the duke,
through many challenging situations, sizzling desire and passion that
has the pages blistering, along with many heartfelt conversations and
confessions.
My heart sang at the excellent surprise that appears close to the end.
A fun story to read with lots of searing heat and we get to have a little reunion with
some of the previous Windermere's at the end.
Book 4 of the Windermere series but this story can be a standalone read.
Mature Advisory:
5 Star Cover

I received an Advance Reader Copy from the publisher, via NetGalley. This in no way impacted on my view.

Masquerading as a boy in order to spend a term at Eton, Lady Delilah Windermere will never forgive His Grace Sebastian Crewe, Duke of Ravensworth, for revealing her identity, and ruining her one chance of performing on the stage. After riding out the scandal, she's still angry, but now that she is the last Windermere unmarried, she jumps at the chance to spend the summer with a acting troupe, when her family believe her to be in Switzerland. So it's just her luck when that very duke happens to see her perform in a small village, and declares he will follow her, or reveal her identity. Sebastian has always been drawn to Delilah, his friend's sister, but never revealed why he shouted her name all those years ago. When he wanted to keep her safe then, he wants the same now. Pretending to be Seb, and working as a carpenter for the troupe, he and Lilah see the countryside, and each other in a new light, and the feelings both have controlled are now becoming a little too hot to handle.

I've been waiting for this book from the moment I learnt about Seb and Lilah's animosity. It was clear in the previous books that the pair were made for each other, and set for an epic romance. And my god, was Lady Delilah Dares a Duke epic! I adored that most of the book was spent on tour across the country, with both shrugging off their titles, and being able to be 'Lilah and Seb' rather than Lady Delilah and His Grace, the Duke. Because of the lack of propriety and rules, they could get to know each other properly, and talk about their likes and dislikes, and what happened at Eton and why. Their romance was full of ups and downs, but Seb was so gone for Lilah, it was wonderful to see. The drama towards the end was a little expected, but the reunion more than made up for it, and Seb proved he was the one for Lilah! A great ending to the series, and the epilogue nicely tied it all together.
