Descriptions are provided, such as those for the game Ring the Stick, where readers can try the activity for themselves. In the classroom, this book would be best enjoyed as a class read aloud, taking the time to pause after each chapter and encouraging students to incorporate some new ideas to try at home, school and in the community. An excellent addition to your nonfiction library shelf.
