I found this book to have many great ideas and recipes. However, I think that it is more for an experienced or advanced baker because I found the receipts to be quite involved, time-consuming or require fancy equipment. I can only dream of being good enough to pull off these recipes, but an avid or advanced baker this is a good addition to the recipe book collection.

As soon as I saw the title of this cookbook I knew it was for me! Who doesn't love breakfast treats? I made several of the recipes in this book for my family and they all turned out delicious. Our favorite was the Chocolate Hazelnut Crumb Cake on page 88. So good!!

One thing I really liked is that there is a photo to go with each recipe. It makes it much easier to understand what to expect from the final product if there are pictures to illustrate what it looks like or any unusual/complicated steps.

Easy to follow recipes with absolutely beautiful pictures. Also loved that the introduction give you more info into the ingredients you’ll need to use and how to substitute/not substitute.

As a previous fan of Sarah Kieffer’s other baking books, picking up this new installment was a no brainer. This book filled with morning treats revisits some of her older recipes, puts a new spin on kitchen classics and shares imaginative and delicious new recipes. The book itself is easy to read and understand and makes baking accessible for everyone from pros to novice bakers. This is on my must buy list, already added it to my preorders! Hooray for another fabulous book from this author/baker.

What a well-organized cookbook! I love that there are base recipes used for multiple individual recipes like for breads. They seem very accessible. I also am glad to see some savory items instead of just sweets. My husband isn't a fan of sweets, so I have to diversify.

I really enjoy baking and have found it hard to find recipes for the sorts of breakfast and pastry goods found in this book. There are plenty of pictures to go along with most of the recipes, which is always a plus. The recipes all seemed super yummy and they didn't seem very excessive in terms of asking people to do more than what is necessary. The biggest thing I noticed is the sheer volume of dairy used in these recipes. Most of these recipes call for the use of buttermilk and sour cream which seems very heavy and dairy intense and it's not clear why. I am familiar with what using these ingredients generally does when added to baked goods but adding both to all these recipes seems a bit much especially when dairy is so expensive. If you're lactose intolerant or trying to limit your fat intake these recipes aren't for you. Overall, I liked this book and will for sure check out the physical book when it's available.

This is a collection of a 100 great morning treats. It's a collection of delicious treats, all of which I want to bake immediately. The different breads all seem like they would be delicious and the recipes are based on some basic starter recipes making all of these easier to get started.

Once again, Sarah Kieffer has written a want-to-make-every-recipe cookbook. Just paging through this book and everything looks amazing. Easy to follow instructions and gorgeous pictures. I’m especially excited to make the Giant Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls! Her approach to baking is accessible and fun. I hope everyone gets this book and bakes everything in it.

Sarah Kieffer is one of my favorite cookbook authors and bloggers! I first discovered her through an advanced copy of her 100 Cookies book and fell in love with her recipes. I have since added all three of her cookbooks to my collection and they never disappoint. This book will be an amazing 4th addition to the collection!
This book has any kind of breakfast treat your heart desires and is well balanced with different flavors, textures, tastes and variety of baked goods. I love that the recipes even the more challenging ones are well written, easy to follow and have reliable results. I'm so excited to try my hand at the orange rolls, any of the bundt cakes, her new banana bread recipe and the entire bread section.
Highly recommend if you enjoy baking and are looking for a book that will suit the majority of your breakfast food desires.

100 Morning Treats by Sarah Kieffer is a truly fabulous cookbook! The photos of the finished products are mouth watering to say the least. Some are almost works of art.
I found a few of the recipes a bit overwhelming for me to make but there were many I found would be an easy recipe to follow.
I liked the beginning of the cookbook filled with very helpful tips and tricks for making things in the book.
This is a book that will make a fabulous gift for my cooking friends.

One of my goals every year is to become a morning person. And I loved hearing Sarah’s journey tied to baking encouraging her to become just that. One of my favorite quotes in this book was “everything was new, everything was old , and I was never alone” when connecting with recipes to start her mornings and I hope that’s something I can tie to my daily morning routines now. Instead of wanting to pull the covers over my head for more rest, I think some of these recipes will be perfect for jumpstarting the day doing just that. Some recipes called for more steps than I have time for in my mornings, but maybe I’ll be inspired to savor and take more times for a special morning treat.

So far I’ve tried out the granola recipe and it was a huge hit! I didn’t add chocolate chips just because I was using what was already in my pantry, but the base layer for the recipe was a hit at my house! Can’t wait to try some of the breads and have a “coffee house bakery at home.”

Beautifully photographed with easy to make recipes, baking tips and ingredients that are simple to find. This book has something for every type of baker – should you be just starting out or a little more advanced. I am looking forwarding to baking some Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Bread, a Giant Carrot Cake Cinnamon Roll and Cruffins!

I will definitely be ordering this book in hardcover for my shelf!

This is a nice recipe book!

The book is broken into some base recipes with modifications and pairings throughout. The book covers how to make sweet and savory bakes and has beautiful pictures. The recipes seem approachable and like things I'm interested in trying.

Overall a nice find.

100 Morning Treats by Sarah Kieffer is a beautiful cookbook full of recipes of every type of breakfast bread you can think of from blueberry muffins to breads to her original recipe for a cruffin; a cross between a croissant and a muffin.

This book has something for every baker from simpler recipes like banana bread to way more complex laminated dough recipes such as croissants with lots of variety in between. I cannot want to try her blueberry muffin recipe and the white chocolate apricot scone recipe, among others. She also offers guidance at the beginning on what tools you need and tips for baking success with her cookbook and baking in general. Every recipe seems to have a full color photo with it.

I’d buy this book for myself or anyone in my life who loves to bake.

**Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the e-arc I received in exchange for my honest review**

This cookbook is a carb lovers dream! And I am definitely a carb lover. I have so many recipes I want to make (Banana fritters, caramel apple muffins, and cinnamon twists just to name a few). This cookbook is laid out well with the recipes divided into sections:
1. Muffins/scones and quick breads
2. Coffee cakes and bundt cakes
3. Sweet yeasted and fried treats
4. Pastries
5. The weekend
6. Base doughs and breads
7. Extras
Every recipe is easy to read and has an accompanying picture that will make you immediately hungry.
