While I am NOT a child of a recovering sex addict. I do have a very dear friend that this would apply to. This book helped me better understand her and her parenting choices. And while neither of my parents where sex addicts, I have started to see how some of their unhealthy treatment of sex has effect my upbringing around the topic.

I like how the book not only explains the issue at hand but also gives you TOOLS to working through the issues.
This is book is not just a "let's talk about the problem" but also "here are tools to start to make things better."

I also really liked gaining a clearer understanding on why children in these circumstances can behave different toward sexuality and sex in general. It is not a one size fits all kind of things.

I liked that the audio was read by different voices for each others story.

I look forward to recommending this to family and friends who could gain wisdom from it's pages.
