This is such a cute story! Picture the usual live-in nanny and boss story, now picture it the other way around and the nanny is a big, blue-eyed, tattooed man! Can you picture it? Caleb Nanny is Mr. Nanny, the owner of a nanny service. One day Annie enters his office in desperately need of help, she was entrusted to care for a 6-month-old two days ago and she needs help! Caleb offers to be the live-in nanny for Annie and what starts is a sweet, emotional and spicy story. I love the way they both help each other overcome their insecurities brought on by hurtful pasts. The way they keep doubting the other’s feelings while being sure that they love the other is a great way to make us swoon and keep reading to find the HEA. And that came in the epilogue! I was smiling all the while I was reading that! Such a great way to end Caleb and Annie’s story.

It was a cute and short read and I didn't expect it to be spicy!

It's a very short novel, so it's a little bit fast paced, but that didn't bother me. I would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't a 3rd person narration because its harder for me to connect to the characters.

However it has a great plot, but I would have liked it more if the book was a little bit longer, because I don't feel like I know enought about the characters.

Annie and Caleb
Annie, unexpectedly finds herself caring for a baby and needs help. Mr Nanny, aka Caleb is the owner of a nanny service. He meets Annie and decides he must take on the nanny role and then deems it necessary that it is a live-in role.
While I do classify this a a slow burn romance, the inner dialogue of both shows feelings are involved. Things do heat up and they move in together (as a couple).
Moving forward includes declarations of love, marriage and a lovely epilogue that wraps up the story so very well.

I enjoyed the premises of the story. However, i feel it could have been longer so we could have gotten to know the characters better. I didn’t really sense the chemistry between the characters and wish that would have been included more. It didn’t seem like they were in love by the end it seemed like they were in lust. I was quite confused most of the book.

Mr. Nanny by Sam Crescent is a quick read with plenty of cute moments.

Caleb Nanny (yeah, that’s his last name) is the founder of the nanny agency The Nanny. Annie’s life is in disarray after recently gaining custody of an infant, Tara. When she goes to the agency for help, Caleb decides to become her nanny. <s>Take a shot every time I write the word “nanny.”</s>

First and foremost, I love men who are good with kids. Caleb’s interaction with Tara, while sparse, was adorable.

The attraction between the Caleb and Annie did not translate into their chemistry (which was nonexistent). The novella jumped forward two weeks as soon as Caleb started the job, so we didn’t see much development between them. Even the spice didn’t have much heat.

For a novella, the pacing was slow. It simply did not have time for the angst it was trying to have. Annie’s doubt in Caleb’s seriousness about their relationship didn’t make sense when every single character (especially Caleb) made it clear he was a GONER. It was honestly frustrating after a certain point.

This novella wasn’t my favorite, but I do think I would enjoy other installments in the series.

ARC Review of Mr. Nanny by Sam Crescent
* * * * *
A steamy novella with a curvy author, a hunky tattooed nanny, an adorable baby and drama filled back stories that will bring these lovers together along with their growing love.

Caleb Nanny was focused on running his nanny business and had no plans on dating any time soon after having his heart broken by his ex. That is until Annie Wells walked into his office asking for help. She was a stunning curvy woman in a bit of a predicatment. She has become the guardian of a baby - a child with no other loving connections - and has taken on her new charge with very little knowledge and experience in raising kids.
Not only does Caleb accept in helping her, he will be doing it personally.
Living with her.
Being around her.
Trying to avoid wanting expose his feelings and tight pants.
But both Caleb and Annie hav breaking points. It will just depend on how far that will fall into each other as well.

A boss-man nanny with tats and a dramatic backstory? Yes please. Thankfully his taste in women had improved and he had a great friend to get through it all.
Annie, poor girl, to be thrown a curveball like that from Tara's parents. They are smart in chosing Annie as the guardian but totally nuts too!

Nice quick read that I read in one sitting. Thank you to Netgalley, Evernight Publishing and Sam Crescent for an opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book.

This was a cute novella but lacked a bit of depth. I felt like I didn’t get a chance to know the characters. I did realize later on it was the 10th book in a series. Maybe the characters were developed in an earlier book? Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the early read.
