This book is exactly what it is described to be a stupid funny joke book. Would it be too much of a pun to say it had me dying from laughter from page one?
This was such a fun book and the author sent me a physical signed copy! I was truly thankful to have gotten to read this before most people!
the 2006 version of me was very happy and got some good laughs out of this for sure! completely relatable and brought back all the nostalgia!
I found this book really interesting. It was written well and a lot of readers will enjoy it. I really liked the development of the story and the way it flowed. The author had a strong voice and this made the read nice. I also really liked the cover and found it drew me into the read.
Looked promising, but ended up reading more like a joke book you'd find by a grocery store checkout line.
I was very intrigued by this book based on the cover and title. This was a short joke book that didn't really have me laughing. Maybe I am not goth enough? I'm sure the jokes will be a hit for others with that sense of humor.
Oh My Goth, read this book! It's a really fun quick read - perfect for those times you need to spend a little more time in the loo. Fun times. I want to thank the author, the publisher, and Netgalley for giving me an e-copy of this book, in return for an honest review.
Not impressed by these poems and was expecting short stories. But was funny in some ways! Not the best book in my opinion.
Cute for lovers of all things goth. Growing up I was a goth girl so I've heard some of these. Over all, a pleasant reading experience.
I enjoyed this book. It’s funny how it was able to stick with me. I started reading this book Back in March, got away from reading for quite some time yet I still had this book with me when I picked it back up to finish it.
As a goth I was super excited to read this!! It was quick and funny read I loved it!! Very relatable too!!! Would definitely recommend. Good present for your goth friends!
I loved this! It was a fun fast read! I honestly wished it was a little longer though. Other then that no complaints.
This is a funny book of Dad (Goth Dad of course) Jokes. It would be the perfect gift for the Gomez Addams in your life. Some were really funny. This is more of a coffee table/ gift book item.
Goth Dad Jokes Galore
I had the joy of unleashing these on my goth husband and a bunch of my friends. I am a fan of puns and dad jokes so these were right up my alley.
Seeing "elder goths" claim these are cringe just means they either are OG goths that take themselves way too seriously or they're lil emo teens that are trying to be cooler than they are. Either way, I recommend bypassing those reviews. Grab this to add to your joke book or Goth coffee table book collection.
My only complaint was that it wasn't very big. I felt like there could have been more to this.
Thank you NetGalley for sending a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This was a fun book of goth jokes. There are plenty of corny jokes in here but overall I was laughing through most of them. This would be a great book to have on your coffee table. It's fine as an ebook to have these fun jokes to tell to friends and coworkers, but I think a physical copy would be the way to go.
When you choose a book for the cover and it turns out to be a compilation of jokes and one liners.
Oops.
As an 80s/90s goth kid I thought this would be right up my alley. Alas, the jokes were pretty cringe in my opinion.
This was hilarious and an absolute perfect gift for any goth in your life! The formatting for a digital copy was a bit off but I'm sure it'll look great as a physical edition.
I laughed from start to finish reading these!
Absolutely loved them!! I was worried it may be a bit dark, as I am a sufferer of that ‘it’s just a phase’ disease… but no… it was amazing instead!
I’d definitely recommend this book to everyone I know! & I’m going to have to purchase myself a physical copy!
The cover is divine!
Not what I was expecting. Some funny jokes, but mostly groans. As a former goth I had really high hopes. I think this would be great for younger goths.
