I received an ARC on Netgalley

Atlantis and Gaia read like a casual conversation with everything coming from the authors perspective on things and I feel it does jump all over the place. It was a good read but alot of things the author talked about did not resonate with me. Having an open mind while reading this book is a must

Strange but in a good way! It does jump all over the place but It definitely keeps you on your toes. I personally like this book because it confirms some truths that I believe. To some, who disagree with these statements, this book will not resonate. There are some areas I don’t feel as strongly attached to and it is these where the ability to be openminded is important. To reiterate some parts are way out there!

This book was definitely not for me. It was a little too out there for me and not something I would use. It's spiritual but the theories are a but wild for me.

I was very entertained by this book, but did not believe a word of it. It lacked structure and was just rambling, albeit well written rambling.

The author claimed to be channeling Shakespeare, but the writing style was very modern, and the author seemed to be going for shock factor and click bait rather than actually having something worthwhile to say.

I'm sure there will be those that agree with the author that Covid was/is here for a reason, and that humanity needs to wake up somewhat if we are to right our wrongs with the planet.

But where this book becomes far fetched is when it makes claims that John Lennon should have won the Nobel Peace Prize, and that Ringo of the Beatles was Rasputin in a previous life. What's more, the author also asserts that a soul can be living in two bodies at the same time because their incarnations can overlap.

2 stars for the entertainment value.

I was given a free copy of this book on Netgalley for my honest review. This book read like a casual conversation and it needs more editing. While I do not agree with most of what is written, it was interesting to read the authors perspective on Covid and reincarnation etc. This book felt more like dipping your toes into a conspiracy theorist’s rabbit hole, interesting and creepy at the same time.

Atlantis and Gaia is a very interesting book, written by a psychic medium. She writes about how Covid was a lesson, or gift, sent to us to learn to take care of the earth and ourselves. She explores how throughout history we have been sent these lessons to learn. She includes examples of famous people in history and their contributions to the greater good, as well as different lifetimes their souls have experienced. She also includes her own past life experiences. The contributions of the Atlantean people are a big part of the book. She is a proponent of natural healing methods, and discussed different homeopathic remedies used with good results.

Overall, it was a good and enlightening message to the world. I was unfamiliar with some of the famous historical people she used as examples, and it was written with the assumption that details of their lives were well known. This wasn't the case for me, so I was lost during many parts of the book.

I appreciate that she wrote about natural healing methods, particularly homeopathy, being better for us in many cases than traditional medicine and treatments. I wish she had written more about natural foods being a huge part of that, instead of just making a brief mention of it.

The writing style was very conversational, but I think it needs more editing to make it easier to understand.

3 stars.

With an examination of soul, intellect and free will and a forthright declaration against COVID vaccination, Diane Mary Rose lays out some strong opinions in the preface alone.

Philosophical and a bit scattered, unfortunately I had a hard time following this, but, if you can get beyond the beginning you might enjoy Rose’s perspective on karma, reincarnation and the earth as a healer. Personally, I didn’t connect with this writing style or the messages within and while the description and book title sounded quite interesting — ultimately I didn’t resonate with the delivery.
