A great set of questions to prompt readers to think more deeply about aspects of life they may not have considered or will benefit from reviewing. Recommended to those that want to do some self-exploring.

First, this book was super hard to read on Kindle. The formatting was super off and it took me an unnecessarily long time to be able to figure out what is going on there.
Other than that, this is a nice tool for those who are just beginning their journey of self-discovery. There are questions to make you think about who you are and what you do, and why you do what you do. Go as deep as you want, or devote each question as little time as you feel fit, but I’m sure this is a nice tool to add to the self-discovery workbook collection for those who love digging deep inside their minds.
