I don´t own a Airfryer, don´t have that much space in my kitchen - BUT my Mom does, but she does not use it so often. This book is a nice to have thing, because lots of useful information and many many yummy receipes - AND also in Celsius, which is important for me =) In this cookbook is something for everybody, from Breakfast to Dessert - and as I said before: useful information for beginners (like me).

Also it contains a couple of nice food pictures - like for people like me: I do love food pictures when I read cookbooks. Its index and structure overall is pleaseant and great to work with.

I myself will translate af few of the receipes and let my mom try them in her airfryer =)))

I have read quite a few air fryer cookbooks and this one is my favorite. There are some great recipes and some of them are quite different from recipes I have found in other books. There are recipes for appetizers, breakfast, lunch and dinner and includes vegan recipes as well. The directions are easy to understand and it includes lots of great pictures.

This is a great little book with lots of information, photos and a selection of easy, moderate and more complicated recipes. Perfect for anyone wanting to experiment with their air fryer.

I'm the proud owner of a sparkling new air fryer. However, all it was being used for was sausages and oven chips.
So it was being to feel like a very expensive gadget in the kitchen..
Emily Paster has put together a fantastic collection of recipes which makes use of the air fryer. The world is now my oyster. All the ingredients are in my store cupboard so no hunting for elusive products. The recipes are family friendly and easy to follow.
There is only one criticism of the book. I eat with my eyes and I would have loved a picture for each recipe. Perhaps that could be taken into account for any further books which I would love to see.
Many thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to see an ARC

Air-fryers certainly feel like the cooking phenomenon of 2022-23!

I recently purchased an air fryer and am keen to use it in more varied ways and increase the repertoire of my air-fryer cooking. I was excited to receive an ARC of Emily Paster’s Super Easy and Delicious Air Fryer Recipes.

At the beginning of the book there are some useful tips on using the air-fryer, choosing the right accessories and how to clean and maintain the air fryer. I think this information is useful for the uninitiated and novice air-fryer cooks. I certainly found this section informative.

The book is then divided into five main chapters covering: Breakfast and Brunch; Appetisers, Snacks & Party Food; Vegetarian Main Courses; Meat, Poultry & Fish; Desserts.

The recipes have a very international flavour and are very healthy and nutritious. Breakfast recipes include Breakfast Burritos, Shakshuka and Frittata. The Vegetarian Main include Eggplant Parmesan, Paneer Tikka and Empanadas. The Poultry recipes include: Chicken Schnitzel, Chicken Tikka and Piri-Piri Chicken.

The section on Appetisers/Snacks/Party Food is the largest collection of recipes. I’m not sure I’d actually cook any of these. I’m not really a fan of party food/snacks.

All the recipes are clearly laid out and include the American cup measurements and also the European measurements of grams/mls. The cooking instructions are clear and concise and temperatures in centigrade and Fahrenheit cooking temperatures are also provided in the recipes.

It would have been nice to have had photographs of every cooked recipe throughout the book. I think it’s really nice to see how the recipes will turn out. Also, I think it’s particularly useful if you aren’t familiar with a dish or a cuisine to see a photograph of the cooked recipe.

On the whole, I think this is a useful book for novice air-fryer cooks who want to cook healthy meals from scratch using the air fryer.

Huge thanks to NetGalley and the publishers, Quarto Publishing Group – Harvard Common Press, New Shoe Press for making this ARC available to me in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Super Easy and Delicious Air Fryer Recipes - Nutritious and Delicious Ways to Cook Your Favorite Food with Your Air Fryer by Emily Paster is one of those rare cookbooks with a well-rounded offering and a distinctly international flair. This book offers global cooking that is definitely not the same old recycled recipes.

I really liked the air fryer overview explaining the efficiency of the process dispelling the myth that one would only use the appliance for “fried” foods. There were so many approached recipes that I immediately wanted to try that it was a challenge to distill and prioritize my list. So my first cut list includes Cinnamon Streusel French Toast with its make ahead topping; Chinese Take-out Egg Rolls, Elotes (Mexican Street Corn) which I’ve never thought about making in the air fryer, Chicken Parmesan, and the Monte Cristo Sandwich. (I reviewed an advance reader copy and all opinions are my own.) If you are tired of the same-old recipes and want an efficient approach to producing a tasty dinner, appetizers or dessert then this is the book for you.

Happy to see easy and delicious air fryer recipes. One can never have enough of them! There is something for everyone. I will try out falafel with Israeli salad and homemade tortilla chips next. Both sound delicious! I think this is a good book for omnivores who want to get quick meals, but do want their meals to have some taste.

This is a very good book with promising recipes. It will take time to taste all of them. It would be nice to have a picture of all the dishes. Some images are in the wrong place and doubled. It should be corrected. So far I tried two dishes and they were delicious.

A handy and really useful book for anyone with an air fryer, the instructions are clear and easy to understand, they are presented in an east step by step guide, the only criticism I have is that I would have liked more pictures alongside the recipes.

I'm a big fan of my air fryer and am always looking for new ways to make use of it. I'm excited to try so many of these recipes! I've never made dessert in my air fryer but that will be changing soon.

Lots of recipes in this book, which is great. It could use more pictures as this is what leads people to make the recipes! I’m confused as to why some of the pictures (Chips and guacamole) are repeated? Also, most people buy a recipe book after they have purchased the air fryer so I’m not sure the section on the different types is necessary. The safety section is very good. We know someone who left their air fryer plugged in and it heated up automatically and caught their kitchen on fire. I would recommend it be unplugged when it in use.

A wonderful resource for your air fryer cooking needs. It includes recipes for appetizers to vegetarian options, seafood, ethnic options, & even desserts.

A useful table of contents & index. The book is organized well. Lots of colorful pictures that look delicious & make you want to dive in.

(I was able to preview this book in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.)

This book is great as both a source of air fryer recipes, and an introduction to air fryers. Having been 'on the fence' about purchasing one for a while, I found it especially useful, particularly given that there is a section detailing the specifics of different types of air fryer, this will undoubtedly guide a prospective buyer.

The recipes sounds great, some have mouthwatering photos accompanying. The sections are all those we would expect and hope for, and largely equate to breakfast/brunch, starters/snacks/party food, vegetarian mains, meat based mains and desserts.

A couple of recipes I am keen to try first include a Maple-Brussel sprout side dish and a showstopper of a dessert entitled 'chocolate chip pan cookie sundae' - this looks and sounds simply devine!

My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.

I am a recent convert to air frying.

Some amazing recipes here that I cannot wait to try out.

First on my list is strawberries and cream backed oatmeal, chicken parmesan.

Who knew that you can also make deserts, I will be trying the chocolate chip cookies.

Highly recommended for any air fryer fans

For those who are considering getting an air fryer and those who already have one, this is an excellent book. It contains all the information you need about air fryer cooking--what the appliance does and does not do, what to look for in an air fryer, how to use it to maximize its efficiency and get excellent results, tips and tricks, and what accessories are most helpful. Then comes the recipe section, full of 75 different recipes for every meal of the day. These are creative takes on cuisines from around the world, simple adaptations of basic food to work in the air fryer, and more. There are chapters packed with recipes for breakfast, appetizers, vegetarian meals, chicken, turkey, duck; beef, pork, lamb,; seafood, and dessert. There are beautiful photos throughout as well as clear recipes so cooks using this book can meet with delicious success every time. Highly recommend.

Easy and well-explained recipes; the dishes are rather "normal" and not particularly sophisticated, partly because often, in this type of book, the initial difficulty, namely that of finding all the ingradients, is for me the greatest.
Unfortunately, though, there are no photos for all the recipes, but okay.

I received from the Publisher a complimentary digital advanced review copy of the book in exchange for a honest review.

Really well presented cook book. I like the introduction particularly the explanation about Air Fryers and how they work. Each recipe is beautifully described in terms of what the food is and should be like. The recipes are set out well and instructions are written clearly. The book contains a good range of recipes so everyone should be able to find something to their taste and different from their normal air fryer food. The photographs are great and look very appealing and compliment the recipes well.

A good basic intro to air fryer recipes. I thought the appetiser/snack section was particularly good will definitely try the Korean cauliflower and the chorizo scotch egg.

Thanks to Netgallery for the ARC

So honesty time I have had an air fryer sitting in a cupboard for longer than I can to remember and apart from some oven chips in the beginning and a failure at making cheese sticks I have not used the air fryer even though others rave over it so I have taken this book as a challenge to start trying out some of the exciting options in here and I am starting with vegetable spring rolls tomorrow so wish me luck.
