I haven’t actually tried any of these recipes, but I after looking through it I found some good ones that I am excited to introduce to my family. I recently received an Instant Pot and am always looking for new recipes and this cookbook provides just that. The recipes seem easy to follow and the layout of the cookbook is clean and crisp. My only complaint is that I wish there were pictures of the dishes in the cookbook. Overall, I think this will be a good cookbook that I will get a good amount of use out of!

A nice electric pressure cooker cookbook with simple ingredients and short directions. There are recipes for Sandwiches and wraps (7 recipes), main course salads (6), one dish suppers (14), soups and stews (9), protein and vegetables combinations (6), and sweets and desserts (6 recipes). There are different types of cuisines like Mexican, Italian, Asian, Middle-Eastern, Southern and American. There are no photo for the recipes. This cookbook provides recipes that can be made in an instant pot or pressure cooker. This allows for meals made from scratch with minimal effort. The recipes are simple but flavorful and provide a variety of meals that can be made. This even has some dessert recipes.

The recipes in The Quick and Easy Instant Pot Diet Cookbook by Nancy S. Hughes are easy to follow and have items available at any grocery store. The categories include sandwiches and wraps, main course salads, one-dish dinners, soups and stews, protein and vegetable dinners, and sweets and desserts.

The only issue is that there are no images to see step-by-step instructions or the end result, which was a bit disappointing.

I tried the Cheesy Chicken and Poblano Rice recipe. The directions were easy to follow, and the dish was very tasty. I'm looking forward to trying more from this book. I also like that the book includes nutritional facts so you can modify the recipe as needed if you want to reduce items such as sugar, fat, sodium, etc.

A very good resource to have on hand. I rate this 4.5 out of 5 stars (rounded to 5) due to having no images or end-product pictures of the dishes.

This was definitely not a vegan friendly cookbook, but I enjoyed seeing the different foods that could be cooked in the instapot. I’m sure others would appreciate this book, but it wasn’t for me.

Fantastic little book with lots of one pot meals. I was surprised at how many were under 300 calories a serving. I think the key word here is serving though, because the few I've tried making, my husband and I gobbled them right up.

I love my instant pot - love it - as it can infuse a lot of flavours and "home-cooked goodness" in a short time spent in the kitchen. It also has a lot of functionality that can help you cook beyond just pressure cooking.

Will you lose weight? Well, that all depends on how much you eat and how much you exercise but these healthy recipes are easy to do and don't require a chef's hat to create meals with. The recipes are 350 calories or under but will also appeal to the non-dieters in the household who can add more cheese or protein or carbs to bump up their meals.

A great way to look at weight loss and cooking: I will recooment it to my readers if asked for a healthy cooking book, not just dieting ones.

Thank you Netgalley for letting me read and review this book. This is a great cookbook, but I wish it was longer. There are many delicious recipes in here though. Every recipe islLow calorie at 350 calories or under, made with a limited number of affordable, easy-to-find ingredients, quick to prep, nutritious and delicious, making it easy to stick to your plan, whether your goal is 5 pounds or 50, and accompanied by nutritional analysis, including calories, fats, cholesterol, salt, and other information, making this a great choice for dieters with health issues outside of weight.

This cookbook was ok. I didn’t find too many that jumped out at me that I hadn’t seen before. It seemed on the short side to on contents.

This cookbook offers a variety of low-calorie recipes from cuisines around the world using ingredients you can find at your grocery store, not weird ingredients you've never heard of. There is a chapter for salads, meat, sandwiches/wraps, and even dessert! The recipes look good, but it would have been nice to have pictures beyond what is on the cover.

Great for people looking to lose a little weight without sacrificing flavor or for people looking for more ways to use their Instant Pot.

The Netgalley App currently does not work on my Ipad - this has been reported. The download is only available on the Netgalley app and can not be sent via kindle so I am unable to download or read the book. I adore cooking so this is the perfect book for me. If the app starts to work or you change the download options then I would be more than willing to re-review. I have given stars due to the book cover and content appealing to me and if I saw this in a book shop, it would spark my interest.

The Quick and Easy Instant Pot Diet Cookbook: Make Weight Loss Easy with Delicious Recipes in an Instant is a recipe book aimed at providing healthy mains, snacks and desserts in an instant pot or pressure cooker. Although the recipes are easy to follow I didn't find anything new and exciting, and the lack of pictures for the recipes left me a bit underwhelmed. On the plus side there is lots of additional information and advice. It would be a good book for someone new to pressure cooking.

The Quick and Easy Instant Pot Diet Cookbook is a great resource for healthy meals, sides, and desserts made in the electric pressure cooker. The recipes are easy to follow and many have additional helpful suggestions. There is a good variety and the book is well thought out. Each recipe has the nutrition table. There aren't any color pictures but I didn't miss them. I enjoyed several of the recipes. This is a really helpful cookbook. I received an advance copy for free and I am reviewing this book voluntarily. #TheQuickAndEasyInstantPotDietCookbook

Thanks to Nancy and NetGalley for allowing me to read this book prior to publication.
As a recent Instant Pot owner, I am still a little timid about the pressure cooker function ( memories of disasters of years gone by).
The recipes contained in the book are described in simple, straight forward language.
This book is so much more than just recipes as it also contains invaluable hints and tips. (Who knew that I could pressure cook minced beef, chicken or salmon from frozen? No more last minute changes of menu because I forgot to take the meat or fish out of the freezer in time).

This book didn't have any recipes that were very new to me, I felt like I had seen most of them before. That, combined with the relatively blank pages left me underwhelmed. There were also very few vegetarian soup/main dish recipes. Some of the desserts piqued my interest.

Hm, I am not sure if you need an Instant Pot Diet Book - but hey, who am I, so if you would like to cook your diet with an IP, here you go!

I would love to have an IP, but most of the times I don´t need one... I am still thinking about buying one =)

Receipes are nice and interesting, Nutrion facts included - and a few tips and tricks. The book itself is on the thinner side, I would love to have a BIG book about IP Diet CB (but that´s just ME). Pictures are missing, also important for ME - but overall: if you are interested in the reiceipes: get it!!!

This book has a ton of recipes, and they all sound super easy.
Because the book is so full of recipes it lacks in images - it would have been nice to have pictures of the finished recipes. The book has basic illustrations, but they are usually just there for decoration and are incredibly simple - just referencing a food item from the recipe list.

Overall lots of recipes but looses something special when it doesn't show the end product!

Great cookbook. The instructions for each recipe are really clear, and easy to follow, The book overall is well set out and presented. The recipes aren’t overall complicated and everyone will find something they like and new to try, I am a relative newbie to pressure cooking so this book is perfect for me, as I’m not quite sure of timings and releases just yet. The only thing that would improve this book would be to have some colourful photographs.
