This is a really useful book crammed full of the author’s wisdom. I’d say it was a series of vignettes rather than a book of chapters. Each vignette is meaningful and the reflection prompts at the end of each have inspired me to pick up my journal and engage with them fully. Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for an advance reading copy.

Good stuff. Many good ideas and approaches here. Kinney seems to have some helpful wisdom to share, and I'm confident this book will help many that pick it up.

It is perfect for dipping into because of the short chapters with the reflections at the end. I loved her own story and the journey she is on, and enjoyed the spirit of Mexico that was interwoven throughout the book. The writing is deep but so easy to follow and enjoy. The book is suitable for anyone who needs a bit of soul nourishment, not just creatives. Overall a beautiful book.
