This book was so fun!!! I had a great time reading this one. It was quirky and fun. I enjoyed the characters and how they grew throughout the story! It was so fun to see them grow. I wanted more of the Thursday phone calls!!!
This one hadn’t been on my radar and I was in the mood to read a random book. I came across this one and was like, “okay, let’s give it a try!” I definitely recommend doing this! Because you might find something you really love.
This book was so funny! I highly recommend the audiobook, the narrators Teddy Hamilton and Stella Hunter were absolutely fantastic, and really brought the characters to life!
I definitely will be continuing to read the rest of the books in this series!
And for all the reviewers making comments about it 'being racist' - lots of people have black curly hair, not only black people. It's not racist, get over yourselves.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for granting me free access to the advanced digital copy of this book.
Funny and interesting! This was a read that felt unusual and not in a bad way. I enjoyed it! It felt unique.
Thank you to NetGalley and to the publisher for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
So....I don't want to be mean....but what in the fresh hell was this book? The Colin line regarding her pubes??????? Are we just going to pretend like that ISN'T mega insensitive a racist?
3.5 stars. Thank you to Netgalley and Xpresso Book Tours for the E-ARC. I know it took a minute but I am totally onboard with the Townsend Harbor train. This was a fun story that had me LOLing half the time and the other half I was drooling because come on...I cant wait to read about all the other characters from Townsend.

I couldn't tell if this was trying to be some kind of paranormal romance without anything paranormal or just plain creepy. The plot made no sense, it would have been better to have not plot. A man, in a cave, near a bookstore, calls the owner once a week to order books. In this time he forms a bond with her. She is attacked while on the phone to him, so he comes saves her, then watches her place from a well hidden spot across the street with binoculars. It reads more like a thriller than a romance.
Honestly not my favourite and found it hard to get through. I liked the characters but found the rest to be a little frustrating. Thank you for sending me a copy of the book to read even though it wasn’t fully my cup of tea!

The cave and the boner at the fire done it for me - moved to ‘avoid a weiner roast’ SORRY WHAT
The description drew me in. But the book, while reading, I got like light stalker vibes, which creeped me cause I thought it was supposed to be a cute light hearted romance book. Also I wanted to read more about the mystery of Cady’s bookstore.
The premise of the book hooked me with its description immediately.. Thank you NetGalley for the copy of the book.. While it may not of fit my reading preferences, I can see it fitting others.
I wanted to read Nevermore Bookstore as soon as Kerrigan Byrne and Cynthia St. Aubin revealed it! I've read them before, I enjoyed their books, and I love their personalities and their friendship to each other, so I was so excited to see what they came up with in this collab together. Also the synopsis itself sounded so good and exactly like my kind of book — there were simply just no misses. I will admit that I picked up Nevermore Bookstore very soon after it came out, but with my being in such a bad reading mood this year, I didn't actually make it very far before my restlessness got in the way and I decided that I would come back to it another day. I didn't expect that time to be now, but Amazon had recommended the latest book in this series to me and I loved what it was about and I just thought I'd try again with Nevermore Bookstore. As you can see, I finished it and I absolutely loved this book so much!
Nevermore Bookstore was just so wonderful and I had such a fun time reading it. It was funny and silly and made me laugh and giggle. It does have its serious and heart wrenching moments too, but this book feels so bright overall that it didn't get me that down or feeling unoptimistic for too long. It made me so happy while reading it with its fun and wildness, I couldn't get enough. It was an amazing first book in a series and I can't wait to read more of it!

This was a good book.
I did have some odd spicy scenes, for me anyway.
The guy character had so many monster/werewolf feral-type vibes going on it was interesting
This story was sooo much more than just the 2 main characters and their relationship which I enjoyed it had a mystery-type vibe also and a few twists and turns.
It was a good story and a fun adventure to read this book.
I think this is def a book that needs to go on your tbr list.
I was so glad to have had the opportunity to read this book thanks to the publisher and NetGalley. THe above is my review/opinion, it's honest and voluntary.
Thank you, NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with an arc in exchange for an honest review.

This book was a simple romance. There was a little mystery involving Cady's bookstore but for the most part, the plot was thin. I did still enjoy the story though. The small-town aspect was cute and I loved her bookstore.
This book is written in 3rd POV. And that’s a ME problem, not the author or the book problem. And I tried so hard to read it cause it was amazing as it sounded when I applied for it but I just couldn’t finish it cause the 3rd pov bothers me so much (unfortunately). But please, if you can enjoy books that are written in 3rd person, pick this one, I’m sure you’ll have so much fun.
Okay, this book is wonderful. Some spooky vibes here and there along with a wonderful romance? Yes, please!
This book wasn't for me. I really liked the idea of the Nevermore Bookstore and Cady's love for it. I found the romance to feel off and stalkerish at times. Some of the dialogue was cringey.
Where to start with this one, it's adorable and creepy in equal measures, with everything from spying ravens to steamy late-night phone calls this one has a little something for everyone.
In what I thought would be a light-hearted rom-com we have an empathetic look at chronic health conditions and what PTSD can do to people.
While this book is fun cute, and spicy there's a depth here that I enjoyed and makes me want to see what happens next for the people of Townsend Harbor, in particular, I would love to see some back story for some of these characters, they're completely fascinating to me.
If you're looking for a book that is real, filled with the good and bad of real life, the ups and downs of what makes a person a person, well then, this is the book for you.
Thank you to Oliver Herber Books and NetGalley for providing a copy of this E-Book, I have voluntarily read and reviewed it and all thoughts and opinions are my own.
I was expecting a fun, cozy, paranormal romance type. Not creepy Rambo. He's invasive and she's super naive and trusting
This was an interesting romance set in a bookstore named after an Edgar Allen Poe story. Cady has inherited a bookstore from her aunt who took her in after her mom no longer could be around. She has a long-standing customer, “Fox”, who puts in orders every week and is basically single-handedly keeping her bookstore up and running. When there’s a break-in at the shop, Fox shows up as a handyman and helper to ensue she is safe. While they both have feelings for each other, they don’t agree on how to act on those. It was a very baggage heavy read, though the romance and spice were great.
