Laurel is once again on the hunt for a serial killer. After many twists and turns, will she finally catch the culprit? This was a good whodunnit that kept me turning pages!

Rebecca Zanetti is one of my go to authors. This is another of her series I am addicted too. I highly recommend reading them in order. The first two knocked it out of the park for me. This one had me take a step back but was still a page turner for me. Wanting to know who was killing and what was happening in the Huck-Laurel world. Absolutely adore them, two different halfs that make a great whole. I appreciate Huck and Laurel doing their best to communicate and building a relationship. The secondary characters are part of the reason this book is so good, their growth and future possibilities. Laurels relationship with her sister is what drove it down from a 5 to a 4 for me. I get they are both off the chart intelligent, I understand no matter what everyone wants to be loved to see the goodness where there is evil in a family member. Honest, I understand. For being so intelligent Laurels fast repetitive questions to Abigail were taxing to me. You know better Laurel, shoot I know better. The guilty party for the main murders was a surprise to me and the layers of how it all came about - wow. This series always delivers and I am looking forward to where we go next. Thank you for the arc! I freely volunteer my thoughts and opinions. #YouCanDie #LaurelSnow #RebeccaZanetti #Kensington-Zebra #NetGalley

Smart ... edgy ... entertaining!
FBI Agent Laurel Snow is amazing as she is on the hunt for the broken heart killer. Her mind works like no other as she figures out everything out. The story had so much going on that in the beginning of the book you really have to pay attention. Fast paced action and suspense with so many suspects that everyone is in danger. It is fascinating watching her deal with her feelings for Captain Huck Rivers. I also have a girl-crush on Huck ... kinda sorta. Also we have Laurel's psycho sister! It took a bit to figure out if she was going to be good or evil and I think we can finally say we know now. Don't skip the first 2 books. You need the background from them to fully enjoy this new book. So worth the read. They are all 3 worth it!

I think I have described this series as chaotic and off the wall in the past, and I will stand by those descriptions in this review. While there is so much you may think "this could never happen" for whatever reason, with Zanetti's writing it just doesn't bother me! There are multiple storylines going at once, you seem to get this sense that no one, ever, can be trusted, and there are surprises around every corner. One of those books that once you pick up you just cannot put down. If you like a really intense, off the wall romantic suspense, this book is for you. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to provide my honest review.

As a long-time Zanetti fan, who has now read 46 of her books, covering six different series. I love her work and it’s safe to say that I will probably read almost anything she puts out. Her long and accomplished career crosses the genres of urban-fantasy/paranormal/crime thriller/murder mystery/romantic suspense. The Laurel Snow series is mostly a crime thriller/murder mystery series with some light romantic suspense scenes and tones. Many of Zanetti’s MC’s are bad@$$ characters and I especially like the female ones. I like Laurel Snow; she’s an unusual character with some interesting baggage and history as well as some entertaining quirks😊

This installment starts several weeks after the end of the last installment. The book summary introduces the primary as well as one of the secondary storylines of the book so I’m not going to repeat it here. There is another secondary storyline where Laurel and her team are still working one of the cases from the first installment, a serial killer who is accusing Laurel’s sister, Abigail, of grooming him for the murders he committed. Abigail is a disturbing person and Laurel doesn’t trust anything about her, and I second that!

As the body count increases, most of the story revolves around the investigation of the murders and the connections that the victims share. It’s well into the second half when Laurel rescues her father by running off his attacker off. At this point, the team begins to zero in on a person of interest. However, I am convinced it's someone entirely different.

The end comes pretty quick after that and WOW!!! I never saw that coming and I was sooo wrong!!! Having said that though, I'm not changing my opinions on the one I suspected. There was another secondary storyline too, but I'm not going to mention it because that would be a spoiler. I look forward to the next installment to see the direction that Zanetti takes the series.

I want to thank NetGalley and Kensington Books for sending me this eARC in exchange for my honest review.

Another fast-paced action thriller in the Laurel Snow series! FBI Special Agent Laurel Snow, with help from her small team and Washington Fish and Wildlife Captain Huck Rivers, who Laurel is reluctantly dating, rush to solve several murders by a serial killer. Things get too close to home when Laurel’s estranged father has been targeted by the killer. Laurel has been trying to find her father for several years. Not for a family reconciliation, but to discover where he’s been hiding and proving he’s a killer.

Laurel’s brilliant half-sister, Abigail, is also in town. Laurel is certain Abigail is following in their father’s footsteps. She just has to prove it.

Action, adventure, twists and turns, family dynamics, and more. A great series!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

You Can Die by Rebecca Zanetti Did enjoy the interaction with Huck and Laurel's respective teams. A well written romance suspense novel. However, I was a bit lost as the book is not a stand-alone; it best read after the preceding ones. Best to go back and read the first two books in the series since a majority of the characters return with new issues.
Thank you to the author, publisher, and Netgalley for the opportunity to preview the book.

You Can Die❣️

You Can Die is the next book in the Laurel Snow series and is just as captivating as the first two books😍 Agent Snow is once again investigating a string of murders with a similar MO. Walter is finally back to help, and while Huck isn’t investigating with her this time, he pops in and out.

A great story with a couple surprises😳 Loved being back in Laurel and Huck’s world again and super excited for the direction the author is going and I’m intrigued to see what she has in store for them next.

I received an advanced copy via Netgalley and voluntarily leave my honest review♥️

I really enjoy the Laurel Snow series and the third installment was just as good as the previous ones. A serial killer is stabbing men to death and leaving Valentine candy hearts stuffed in their mouths. Laurel and her team are working the case and from the first victim, it hits uncomfortably close to home. From the victims to the suspects, there are many connections to Laurel and the people in her life.
This series has a good cast of recurring characters that are multi-dimensional. Laurel herself is not your typical FBI agent and her unusual intelligence and awkward social issues make her more interesting than your stereotypical main character. Although these books are romantic suspense, the romance has been a slow burn and not your typical "Alpha male protects delicate heroine and they instantly fall madly in love" storyline that is so common in the genre. And once again Laurel's equally intelligent evil half-sister Abigail is inserting herself into Laurel's life and this case and is always a possible suspect in a multitude of crimes. I can't wait to read the next book.

You Can Die (Laurel Snow #3) by Rebecca Zanetti
I love this series and can't wait to see what happens next. Each book has its own HEA and can be read as a stand-alone - but it is much better to read them all. FBI Special Agent Laurel Snow and Washington Fish and Wildlife Captain Huck Rivers are perfect for each other. They each have their own baggage to work through. They are hunting a serial killer who after stabbing the victim shoves valentine candy hearts shoved down their throats. There are good friends/fellow agents, Laurel's mom, victims, lots of persons of interest, also Laurel’s troubled half-sister, Abigail, a brilliant sociopath, her missing evil father turns up. Lots of angst, murder, mystery, some laughs, tears, suspense, and some steam to get us to a HEA for now. Rebecca kept me guessing right to the end I never figured out who the killer was.
Reasons I enjoyed this book:
Page-turner Easy-to-read Tragic Haunting Scary Entertaining Tear-jerker Witty Happily Ever After Informative Wonderful characters Action-packed Twisted Unpredictable Romantic Great world building.

FBI agent Laurel Snow has just been given a new case but this one is close to home. She knows that Kate & her daughters had nothing to do with the violent death of her ex and their father. But who wanted Victor dead? Laurel already has an investigation going as she needs to find out why her half sister Abigail had Jason Abbott kill those innocent women. She can’t start digging until she finds out the truth. Abigail needs to be stopped before she causes even more deaths.
Another victim is found murdered and now Laurel knows that they are both linked by their business but also by their past.
Laurel & Huck are enjoying spending time together and they have learnt that they both deserve happiness but will Abigail continue to try come between them?
Laurel can’t believe that Zee Caine is back she wants answers but he is playing games just like his crazy but brilliant daughter Abigail. Will Laurel ever get the truth out of him?
As the case starts getting more deadly she gets an unexpected surprise but is she ready for this now?
Another great read in the series. Still so many unanswered questions about the past & present. Great to see Laurel & Huck’s relationship grow. They both deserve to be happy. Good to see Walter back.
Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for the copy. This is voluntary review.

You Can Die by Rebecca Zanetti is the third book in the Laurel Snow series. Laurel is an FBI Special Agent who is heading up a small office in the mountains in Washington. She is brilliant and has an unusual combination of eye colors, which set her apart. She is definitely on the spectrum and has to remind herself to read people’s faces and actions.
Helping her is Washington Fish and Wildlife Captain Huck Rivers. He is very protective of her - even when she doesn’t want him to be. If solving serial murders wasn’t hard enough, she discovers she has a sister (looks just like her but taller) who also hits the spectrum but more on the psychopathic narcissistic part. And then there is her father, a man who has been missing for years - who has just shown up.

Men are being killed. They are stabbed and then their mouths are jammed with heart shaped candy and left under a purple canopy tent. Laurel is investigating with her team, but clues seem to be few and far between. She is determined to solve the crimes before more men are killed.

I love these novels. The main character, Laurel, is as quirky as you can get! This makes the novel more interesting. Her crazy sister adds to the mix and the mysteries are always interesting. I really hope there are more of this series! You Can Die by Rebecca Zanetti is a good read.

Another great addition to the Laurel Snow series! Laurel and team are hunting down a serial killer who shoves valentine's day candy down the victims' throats, while Abigail (her half-sister) is of course making trouble for Laurel.

This is the third book in the series, and you definitely need to read the first two before this one. If you like a little crime, suspense, and romance, this series is for you!

I received this book from Kensington on Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

This series just keeps getting better! The characters are complex and intriguing. I love Laurel. She isn't your typical cop and the way she is portrayed is excellently written. Huck makes me swoon a little and their relationship, both personal and professional, has me invested. And then there are the characters you love to hate. There is a lot to love about this one and I can't wait to see what happens next!

I’m a huge fan of the author and have loved all the books I’ve read, but this has to be my least favourite. I found the first 30% dragged and I almost didn’t finish reading. I did finish the book, and it did get better, but I felt like there were plot holes, too much repetition, and several typos/grammar errors.
Spoilers below

There were too many things repeated over and over. Some examples:
- every time Monty is mentioned, there is also mention of his recent cancer treatment
- laurel’s eye Color mentioned over and over and over
- that gravel was used for traction on snow or ice mentioned 2 times on the same page

I found there were 2 plot holes:
- laurel didn’t know that Vic was a lawyer again, but didn’t ask Kate about that when they talked
- on the call to Nestor laurel mentioned 3 victims. Nestor didn’t know about the 3rd yet, but doesn’t react to that at all, like he knew already

At one point laurel, thinks to herself that Walter lost weight, good for him, that comment made me mad. It felt rude and just cold, since we’re told he was recovering from 3 gut shots and that’s why he lost weight.

I think this could be a lot better book if it was polished up a little more.

Wow, just fantastic, this series just keeps getting better & better!! Book three has Huck Rivers & Agent Laurel Snow’s relationship evolving & moving forward with a (good) twist and introduces us to the illustrious Zeke Caine. Zeke is the father of Abigail Caine & Laurel and he’s just as insane as Abigail!! I’m loving the whole cast of characters & how they’re all coming together as the books progress. There’s twists & turns, romance, suspense, murder, mystery that will keep you engrossed from page one. I can’t say enough about how amazing this series is & you are missing out by not reading it. I received an arc from Netgalley & the publisher for an honest review.

This book…oh man. I have to say, when I started this series, I had no idea what to expect. It has become a most anticipated release. Laurel Snow is quirky and lovable despite, and oftentimes, because of her awkwardness. Huck Rivers is as gruff and anti-people as ever. Yet even he is bewitched by Laurel in all her odd-glory. I personally love how relatable I find Laurel. She is smarter than her own good, loving, and one of the best people her friend’s could have in their corner. When hit with blow after blow, Laurel just stays true to her gut, does what she knows in her heart is right, and trusts the truth to find a way.

Abigail on the other hand…that woman, let me tell you. She’s brilliant, savvy, cunning, and out for herself. We know she’s guilty, Laurel knows she guilty, Huck knows she’s guilty…and yet. How do all these men keep falling for her. It’s like she the light to their inner moth. I can’t wait for Laurel to finally catch her in a lie and nail her to the wall. For some reason, I thought this was meant to be a trilogy and was awaiting the truth of Abigail. For better (more books) or worse (I still don’t know), the series will live on. So for now, I will keep re-reading the first 3 for all the tiny tidbits I may have missed and see if I can figure it out while I wait! Can’t wait for book 4 (and this one’s not even out yet)! Whatever will I do?!

Dang dang dang! What a read! Another Laurel Snow mystery, suspense, romance. When prominent men are turning up dead, it’s up to Snow and her team to catch the killer. Lots of surprises! Another can’t put down until the end book!
