Drawing on the authors military service and deployments abroad into war zones, the book offers short stories with a twist of questioning what you you do in a similar scenario. This is to aid in decision making and also makes you ponder some of the moral questions in life and war.
An interesting book that will appeal to many but especially in an educational setting.

I could not get very far with this book. You know when there is that someone at work who you say morning how are you and they are still there 20 minutes later talking like there is no work to be done, using 10 words when 2 will do this book was like that. Describing stuff I did not need to know about.

I learned a lot about military leadership from this book. More than I thought I would. But I don't think it includes everything about military leadership.
