This is a timely work. Does AI create the radical reconstruction of so called "intellectual" work. Reading this book, The Legal Singularity, will convince you it does. But there is a lot here, and I highly recommend the read contemplates and absorbs this material. The insights here are essential to understanding this trend.

The authors fail to back up their claim that AI will be a force for good in the legal system. Unless they have a way to control for the human biases in the data that trains AI, then AI will only exacerbate human biases.

An interesting take on the good things that AI could do for the legal system but I still believe that giving power to AI will bring about the end of humanity so it didn't do much to change my opinion there.
