This book has been tremendous for me. Parenting children today is not easy, to put it mildly. Parenting when you are coping with your own issues can be even more difficult. This book is a well researched guide to help parents in various stages of parenting. Its well written and easy to apply. Will definitely be buying a physical copy.

Very detailed and based on evidence based research. I liked how it was grounded in theory and was very applicable.
