As a fan of these comics, seeing them as a book is heartening. As adorable as the Insta page, the two bears make you smile throughout. It's the perfect gift for a new couple.
This was a super cute romantic collection of comics featuring Milk and Mocha, two bears showing their relationship, alongside their little dinosaur Matcha. I loved this collection of comics as I saw lots of my own relationship in the characters. I’d highly recommend this book for giving you all the squishy feels!
it is so cute 😭😭😭
I love the style and the adorable characters!
the little snippets of story and the mostyl situational comedy of the panels are funny and an absulute boost of seratonin and cuteness that one can use on a bad day or just anytime in between!
This is such a cute set of vignettes based on two bears in love. It's not deep, but it doesn't need to be. Enjoyable and a quick read!
I wanted to start this review by thanking Netgalley for allowing me to read this book.
I never thought that I would relate to a bear comic in my life LOL
How can you not rate this cartoon book 5 stars? This was so cute and heartwarming. The illustrations were so endearing and I enjoyed every minute of it!
"Happiness can be the littlest, the simplest, and the silliest things that may seem underwhelming to others, but they can put a smile on your face and keep you going."
This book did that exactly. Its such a cute and funny comic book that follows the loves of Milk and Mocha (and matcha too!). I love the relationship between them and in some panels I can relate to these two! Excited to read more stories following them.
I really enjoyed this cute comic collection.
The characters are all adorable, I especially liked the representation of a nonverbal character. Personally, I thought Mocha was autistic at first, but they might also be mute or selectively mute, I really don’t know, it wasn’t explained in the book, only that they can’t talk. But they constantly expressed themself through body language and in writing on a little tablet, so this was kept up through the entire book, which was nice to read and see.
I did feel like I was missing context on a lot of comics though, but them being so adorable easily got me over that.
All in all a very cute book that I can recommend.

Milk & Mocha is nothing short of adorable. The art style is simplistic yet captivating, and each short has an enjoyable story or life lesson that will have you falling head over heels for the cute sanrio-like characters. Overall, a wonderful read that I could easily see reading whenever I need a joyful pick-me-up.
“What does happiness mean to you?” This book. I cried tears of joy throughout. I want what milk and mocha have.
I enjoy a good graphic novel every now and then, but I normally read fiction. But oh! I am so glad that I got to read this! It was so cute and just the uplifting experience that I needed. I think that a lot of readers, no matter their preferred genre will enjoy reading this. Milk & Mocha follows two little bears living their daily life together, for better or for worse. The characters are adorable and very relatable. I feel like Milk is my spirit animal with how hungry they get all the time. I appreciated that you could see your own relationships from real life in the way that the bears lived. I also really liked the art style, which was perfectly simple and reminiscent of Hello Kitty in some ways. It was addictive in a way. It didn't require you knowing the bears backstory or anything to enjoy which I appreciated. Honestly, my only complaint was that the book ended too soon.
This book was absolutely adorable and not once did my smile leave my face. I think many people will enjoy the same happiness that it brought to me. The art was very cutesy and welcoming to a wide range of audiences.
I've always loved Milk and Mocha, they've kind of become mine and my boyfriends little relationship mascot. When I saw this comics collection, I immediately had to read it and I loved it! It's so relatable and the drawings are so cute. I definitely recommend this ❤️
This is so cute! I truly enjoyed reading this comics collection about Milk, Mocha, and Matcha (their dino pet). Despite Milk and Mocha having different love language, they were still able to show their love and care for each other. I really really love how this book shows happiness and love all around.
Let me just say that this collection is adorable. Milk, Mocha, and Matcha are all so cute and I love them all. My relationship is definitely mirrored in Milk and Mocha's and I could not be happier than reading this cute comic collection.
These comics are absolutely beautiful in every single way. The art style is simple yet adorable and charming. And the stories are wholesome and straight to the heart, as well as highly relatable. Love every part of the collection.
The description of the book is accurate. It portraits the small things in life that can change your day for the better. And it does it with two cute bears. It definitely puts a smile on your face.
I really fell in love with this comics. At most points this reminds me of my younger brother who always, still, tries to provoke me for doing something I do not prefer and to not do what I do like most.
Milk is Annoying but equally cute, loveable, adorable. LOL.
Making faces while clicking photos..
In sound and silence..
In good or bad (weather or situation)..
Speak when no one listens..
Horror movies (well that scary part is me, he is so brave)..
Feeling tired when asked anything to do (but eventually he does everything, literally, as being told)..
Unnecessary distubances, specially when I read..
But he do care when I become ill..
My weird photos in his phone and vice-versa ;) [ though he had many of mine :( ]..
When he is full but when I offer his favorites he is always empty stomach..
Want to cook when we stayed away from home together for job but made me do all..
Peeking in my phone..
He mostly sleeps in end whenever we decided to watch any movie..
And such way there are many moments, so uncountable ones, that we shared together, same way I found MILK & MOCHA.
This is sooo adorable! Sometimes even a little too cheesy for me. Short comic panels about two bears living a happy life together. Not much plot but I'm sure it will put a smile on your face. This would be a very cute gift for a loved one.
My latest finish was a super cute, quick read. Thanks to NetGalley for the advanced copy of Milk & Mocha comics collection!
These cute little bears were so adorable but tbh some of them I kind of didn't understand 🫣😅 I'm going to blame my nearing of middle-age 😅😅 but otherwise, I really enjoyed these sweet comics.
Check out the complete comic collection June 25th!
This book is a collection of the most amazing Milk & Mocha webcomic. They are cute, sweet, simple and full of meaning, relatable, sometimes silent, but always full of emotion. Presented most of the time in three of four panels, this volume also includes a little story of more pages. It's a keeper and the perfect slice-of-life with very cute humor.
This was such a cute quick read. Milk and Mocha really embody me and my boyfriend, and I think they also embody a lot of other couples out there. I really like the part where Matcha appears, it reminds me so much of myself, whenever there is a cat or dog, or any animal actually, that needs a new home I’m the first one to offer them one even when I can’t. So usually my boyfriend is the one that has to hold me back. Such a heartwarming story, definitely recommend it to everyone.
