Twenty years have gone by since the family moved to Paradise. Join them for Christmas and watch two of the sisters find their place in Paradise.

Paradise For Christmas, is a wonderful light hearted holiday romance novel. Lovely that we get more than one happily ever after by the end.

I have come to learn that when you see a book written by Carolyn Brown you know it will be a good one. She starts you off with a great storyline and then shows you some funny characters who can also be serious when they need to be.
The book is about seven sisters and their Momma and will certainly entertain you as much as it did me. She definitely will not disappoint you. I could not put it down.

An enchanting journey through vividly imagined worlds and compelling characters. This fiction gem weaves a tapestry of emotions, adventure, and unexpected twists that kept me eagerly turning the pages. The author's masterful storytelling evokes a powerful connection, making this book an absolute delight to read. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a captivating escape into a richly crafted story!

One of my favorite authors, Caroline Brown, wrote Paradise for Christmas. This book is about two of the seven Simmons sisters raised in the Paradise home, which was once a brothel many moons ago. The first book, Trouble in Paradise, is about a divorced mother raising seven precocious daughters. Paradise for Christmas takes place when these seven girls are all grown up. Ursula and Luna take center stage in Paradise for Christmas, and we are teased about more books to come and see what happens to the other five Simmons sisters. I was tempted to stop reading and reread Trouble In Paradise, but I could not stop reading Paradise for Christmas. You will love this book about Ursula, the oldest and an author just like her mother, writing a historical novel and finding love with the man she had a crush on back in High School. Luna, the youngest of the Simmons sisters, struggles between love for Shane and her twin sister, Endora. Most of all, you will look forward to the next book in this series, which is always a good sign. Plus, you do not want to miss what Aunt Bernie has under her sleeves to help the other sisters find their soulmates.

This is a story about family. It is a heartwarming feel good holiday novel. It has a great cast of characters. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy.

Thanks Netgalley for allowing me to read this book. Ursula is happy to be with her family. She misses her siblings. While home she hopes to get some work done and bond with her family. This was a quick read.

I received a copy for Paradise for Christmas by Carolyn Brown from NetGalley. What a heartwarming holiday novel about 7 sisters! Each sister is traveling on her own journey with family support her side. There’s love, there’s heartbreak, but most of all, there’s family. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to the next installment.

Even though I haven’t read the previous book telling the story of the seven sisters and Paradise I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was the perfect read on these hot summer days. Seeing the relationships amount all the sisters was a pleasure to read. Throw in an aunt Bernie to bring in a bit of sassiness and this is a delightful read.
I received this ARC from Net Galley for an honest opinion.

This book was so fun to read. There were lots of characters (in this timeline and in history). MaryJanewas the mother of 7 girls that were all home for Christmas. They lived in an old house that used to be a house of ill repute. MaryJane was also an author that wrote about the madam and the girls that lived there. Ursula was also a writer that was going to write about Daisy (who was a mail order bride that made friends with the madam). Of course, there was some romance with to of the daughters with a few misunderstandings that were cleared up pretty quickly. All and all, the story was about a family with strong ties to Paradise and each other. A Very good read
I got this book from NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review

Christmas comes to Paradise around Spanish Fort, TX as Ursula Simmons and her six sisters come home for the holidays. In this first book of the Sisters in Paradise series, we meet the family - from Aunt Bernie (quite a character in her own right) to Mary Jane , the writer mom and step-dad Joe Clay along with Ursula, two sets of twin sisters and her two other sisters.
Will Ursula be able to shed her writer’s block with the help of the handsome teacher/cowboy nextdoor? Will younger sister, Luna, be able to breakaway from her identical twin sister, Endora who has just experienced a romantic tragedy? How will Aunt Bernie’s advice move Ursula and Luna into relationships with Remy and Shane?
Carolyn Brown brings out the best in sibling drama, love and family in Paradise for Christmas, the first book in her new series. It will be interesting to see how the sequels vary

I received a free copy of, Paradise for Christmas, by Carolyn Brown, from the publisher and Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This is book one of the Sisters in Paradise series. Ursula Simmons is the oldest of seven sisters. Ursula decides to head home to Paradise, for the holiday season, and to see her sisters. What a great festive read, about family, love, holidays, sisters, misters, and of course jobs.

The wonderful thing about books is that you can take yourself to any location in the world and find a story! Carolyn Brown always takes us to the good old Texas country to find love and challenges in small towns. This time she has taken us to Spanish Fort in central Texas to let us catch a glimpse of the lives of two of seven sisters. Ursula (the oldest) and Luna (one of the youngest, and a twin) have both returned to their home for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. In good country fashion, each woman is dealing with finding love and happiness and wondering if it’s as simple as being back in their home town with your family, friends and neighbors! Reading the story was like having a cold glass of homemade lemonade on a hot afternoon - sweet and refreshing! Thanks

This is a follow up of one of the authors much older books so you may want to read that before giving this one a go. Simple wholesome story and enjoyable for that Christmas comfort read.

I loved this book it was amazing I can’t wait to read more by this author it was a great holiday read.

Omgosh.
I love, love, love this book.
It's amazing, cute, Christmasy, home time and so special.
It's such a homespun story that you want to be one of the sisters.
Aunt bernie is a riot I want an auntie like that not afraid to say what she's thinking I bet her bar was just rocking all the time. I would have loved to have been able to go there.
I hope we get more of this series.
I hope Ursula's book makes it and she becomes a brilliant author like her mama.
I can't wait to buy this book and reread it until it falls apart. Thankyou Carolyn brown for an amazing read

My Thoughts
From the oldest to youngest meet the Simmons sisters, Ursula, Ophelia, Tertia, Rae, Bo, Endora and Luna.
Momma Mary Jane and Daddy Joe Clay along with Aunt Bernie, her Chihuahua Pepper and Sassy the undisputed cat queen of Paradise.
Be prepared for sibling drama, holiday traditions, good food I could almost taste and old friends as well as new that round out a very special time of year for everyone in and around Spanish Fort Texas.
Love is the theme for sure as new hopes and dreams are realized for both Ursula and Luna, personally and professionally.
A perfect read for a couple of hot summer days when the Christmas Holiday season is in your rearview.

On every book read as soon as it is done and written up for review it is posted on Goodreads and Netgalley, once released then posted on Amazon, Barnes and Nobles as well.

Paradise for Christmas returns Carolyn Brown’s fans to the small Texas town of Spanish Fort and the Paradise. Once a brothel, the Paradise is the large house that then single mother, Mary Jane bought to raise her seven daughter in. The girls that include two sets of twins now are grown, but it’s Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming. Great aunt Bernie, once a bar owner, now lives in a trailer right outside the back door. Bernie has two goals in life…to learn not to use those four letter words that are offensive to her niece/landlady and to find husbands for the seven girls. Christmas in Paradise is the first of a trilogy and focuses on the oldest, Ursula and the youngest Luna. This is a wonderful, often humorous story about family, traditions, and two budding romances that seem to be developing. Readers should love feisty Bernie who tells things like they are and takes no guff from anyone, and you never quite know exactly what is in her morning cup of coffee. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book from NetGalley. Most highly recommend.

Heartwarming Holiday Tale
The Paradise was formerly a brothel many decades ago and is now a family home. Seven daughters grew up there and moved away. Two are returning to stay.
Ms. Brown’s books are full of exceptional characters, people who one would love to have in their life and this one follows the pattern.
The mother was an author who became well off and well known because of writing a romance series based on the journals of the former madam. We get her love story as well.
Ursula who followed in her mother’s footsteps as an author, was given a diary written by someone who knew the madam and had her own story to tell, waking Ursula’s muse.
Two of the girls find a forever love amidst romance and humor. I wait impatiently for the tales of the other sisters. I highly recommend to anyone who loves a good romance with bits of humor and wonderfully written characters.
I requested and received a NetGalley ARC to peruse gratis and offer my opinion in the same.

"Paradise for Christmas" by Carolyn Brown is a delightful holiday story about the return of the seven Simmons sisters to Paradise. a former brothel remodeled into the family home twenty years earlier. Novelist Ursula, the eldest Simmons sister, decides the cure for writers block is moving back home for a year for family time and much needed inspiration
Ursula and youngest sister, Luna, meet charming young men who steal their hearts. However, Luna's twin Endora is dead set against any of her sisters facing the possibility of the heartbreak she is experiencing thanks to a cheating ex-fiance and ex-best friend. As the seven sisters prepare for and celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas they also help Endora heal her broken heart. Add in parents Mary Jean and Joe Clay, outspoken Aunt Bertie and her dog Pepper and you have a loud. loving family!
As is common in Carolyn Brown's books, the themes of family, togetherness, traditions, relationships, overcoming life's roadblocks, and love are woven through every page. Paradise for Christmas is the sequel to Trouble in Paradise (2012) and book one of the Seven Sisters in Paradise series.
