I had a good time reading this book! I loved getting back in the world after recently reading Dirty Lying Faeries. I loved the relationship between Dani and Ryker. I love Ryker's grumpiness and how he only wants to be around her. I really wish we could see more of them being together after they've mated though. I feel like it was very faced paced, which was great but when it was all over I felt wanting something more.

Dirty Lying Dragons🐉

The second book in this series and I can honestly say I enjoyed it as much as the first one. I will say that this one felt like it was faster paced than the first one most likely due to my familiarity with this author and the way in which she writes. It was also wonderful to have some cameo appearances from our main characters that we met in the first book❣️

I absolutely loved Dani and Ryker, Jerod and Gavin came swinging into my heart with their magical and non-magical antics and their humour😁 Dirty Lying Wolves is the next book and I can’t wait…perhaps Jerod and a certain wolf? Well no matter, I’ll be there for it. I received an advanced copy from Netgalley and willingly leave my honest review❤️

This books starts so quick. You are tossed right in to the action. Just when you think you know what’s going on, it changes route.
I loved how the characters interacted with each other and the world around them. The development of the characters is wonderful, as well as the world building.
If you haven’t read Dirty Lying Faeries, you will be fine. I’m so glad I read these books that are great!

This book was even better than the first. I love the plot line and the characters. I felt like I was there. Throw in a dragon, a witch, a cabin in the middle of nowhere in Russia and wolves hot on the trail. Also an epic battle scene. Witty Banner, suspicious characters and a lovable dog that pops in and out. Must read!

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. While the premise was interesting I didn’t connect with the characters or the story in a meaningful manner. Some books just aren’t for us, and that’s okay!

I found Dirty Lying Dragons to be an exciting and tension filled journey with semi-witch Dani and her dragon, Ryker, as they battle vampires determined to possess Dani. With the help of the fae, witches, and werewolves I was transported into the battles and all the drama through Sabrina Blackberrys fantastic romance. A must read for those who love the supernatural.
I received this book as an arc and am voluntarily submitting my review.

I had a great time with Sabrina Blackburry’s first fantasy romance book, Dirty Lying Faeries, and was very excited to see that Dirty Lying Dragons existed. As one might presume from the title, this installment features a dragon. Specifically a dragon shifter who suddenly finds himself with a witch problem.
Danica is a covenless witch with minimal magical skills, so is naturally quite disturbed to find that covenless witches are being hunted down and sold to a very old, very powerful vampire called Apollo. When a group of werewolf bounty hunters literally knock down her door, she jumps through a teleportation circle that should have whisked her away to her dad’s dive bar in Seattle but has instead dropped her quite literally into the lap of a dragon in the middle of Siberia.
Blessedly, Sabrina Blackburry doesn’t write her characters as complete idiots, so Danica, while freaked out, is fairly reasonable about all of this. And so is Ryker, the dragon shifter who’s suddenly had his quiet corner of frozen Siberia invaded by Dani. Yes, he really wants to know how she ended up here but she has no idea. He’s a bit gruff and she thinks to herself that he’s a bit of an asshole (but so aren’t we all sometimes?). They get along well and the tension builds! Of course, then the vampire issue becomes a priority again so the peace doesn’t last long.
This was another fun installment in the Enchanted Fates series, though I don’t know why this isn’t listed as a proper series on Goodreads! Literally every other website has the series name listed. Did I mention that I love when books set in the same world have character crossovers? Yes, because this is the second book in a series there are numerous characters from Dirty Lying Faeries that show up in the latter half! I think this is a planned trilogy, with the next installment (Dirty Lying Wolves) coming in 2024. This is a very classic paranormal fantasy romance with some refreshingly communicative characters and it was a great time!

“My Dani. It had taken so long to find her. So very long. I wasn't even sure I would find her at my age.”

“When I take you, it's going to be because you begged me for it, not because another man forced this on you."

“I offer you my everything, Dani. My wings, my strength, my very soul."

When I found out this book was available as an ARC, I suddenly remembered how much I loved Dirty Lying Faeries, the first book in the enchanted fates series and I knew instantly that I had to have a chance to read it. And it didn’t disappoint for on e second. As for book one I felt hooked and completely enthralled by the action and the magic and the plot from the first few pages. When I found out it has fated mates, a very possessive and brooding MMC and forced proximity and a certain undeniable bond between a dragon shifter and a witch without her coven … I was lost to the world and suddenly teleported there with them, experiencing their journey and their romance (that was spicy and interesting by the way) and the trials they will have to go through because of what they are to each other and to the world. Ryker and Dani’s story was one of impossible feelings, constantly running for their lives … and a love match right where you least expect it because … that is where your heart wants to be!!!!
It was really good and the added bonus of a very hot villain vampire called Apollo … it made things ever more interesting !!!!
I enjoyed this book very very much and I can’t wait to read the next instalment in this series of interconnected standalones!!!

"The mark. My mark," Ryker mused. "The perfect match to my scale pattern, not repeated in any other dragon."

"Lay back for me, firecracker,"

“A dragon and a witch.
And our happiness.”

I didn't know this was the second book in a series and I have a lot to read already so I will not be reading this.

Dani's magic is but a blip on the scale so it's not surprising when a spell goes awry and she ends a looong way from where she intended. Enter Ryker and his pal Gavin, these mysterious magical beings, just willing to help her out of the kindness of their hearts.

I enjoyed this story from start to finish! Dani is feisty and the banter between her and Ryker is exactly what I look for between mc's. I was really suspicious of some characters for bit- like I thought I knew what was going on but there was that niggling feeling in the back of my mind asking me...are you sure though?

I love Jerod and his bff friendship with Dani. I think she needed tough love sometimes to get out of her own way and he provided exactly that. Plus his nonchalance about everything made me laugh out loud in real life.

There was adventure, a little bit of softness, mild steam, and the reappearance of some our favorite characters from Dirty Lying Faeries. I'm really loving this world being built and can't wait to see how everything continues to connect in the next one!

this book is about a witch on the run with an old dragon who is helping her navigate how to use her magic. I have to say I am a little disappointed. I loved the first book in this series, and thought that this one was lackluster in comparison. I enjoyed that the heroine was very self sufficient and not a push over like many of the women portrayed in romance novels. I guess this could be considered a slow burn? I really just felt like it was a stupid guy who was indecisive about his feelings. At times I thought the romance was a little cringe. Overall, it was a decent book but nothing to write home about.

I really enjoyed this book! The banter between Dani and Ryker was so fun. Ryker is a crabby old dragon and calls her his little firecracker <3. So fun to visit the characters from book 1 again.

Thank you NetGalley and Wattpad for the opportunity to read this ARC

What a fun book! Thanks to NetGalley & Wattpad Books for the advance copy of Dirty Lying Dragons in exchange for my honest review. This was the first book I've read by this author and it won't be the last.

Dani is a witch unable to use her powers who is being hunted by wolves & vampires. This was an interesting idea and finding out why was a twist I hadn't expected. She & Ryker were perfect together and I loved all the peripheral characters as well. Will Gavin & Jerod get their own stories, I hope? And the descriptions of Ferdinand were hysterical (no details - I don't want to spoil it for everyone)!

While this was book #2 in the Enchanted Fates series, it read well as a stand-alone (although I am looking forward to reading book 1, Dirty Lying Faeries) and I'll be on the lookout for any new books by this talented author.

This book was short sweet and entertaining, just how I like it! I enjoyed the plot and the chemistry between the characters. The author does an amazing job with mixing the seriousness of their situations and comedic relief. I had a few personal issues with some things that happened but thats all, just personal. I cant wait to see what else the author has to offer!

There really isn’t much bad to say about this book. If you read and loved the first in the series, you will definitely love this follow up novel.

Fantasy romance is one of my favorite genres because it has all the best parts of romance novels with a side of extraordinary world-building. Dirty Lying Dragons was no exception and was thrilled to be given an advance copy to read.

If your having a eragon reading slump this is the book to read! It definitely made me wanna keep reading

I wanted to love this as much as dirty lying faeries, but I didn’t. I think maybe it was because this was a slower burn and was more about plot development. Overall the story was great and I really enjoyed the banter between ryker and Dani. I did love show it tied back to DLF and the characters there while also extending the story as a whole and building that world up. Solid 3 stars.

I just loved the first book in the series as it was so much more than I expected. This is a great follow-up novel. Dani and Ryker were wonderful, and I loved seeing the characters from the first book. I like romance, but mystery and suspense are what I really love in a book, and this has all three. There is such good writing and excellent narrative, I enjoyed every second and didn’t want to put it down. I just found out that this is a trilogy, and that really saddens me (only three books!!), but I am really looking forward to the next one to see how it fits in with the overall plot that’s weaved into both of these stories.

Well this was just as freakin awesome as I was hoping for! No you don’t need to read the previous book, yes they make appearances but not to the storyline that makes you feel like your missing anything. Spice level would be 3 out of 5, you want more but in many ways it would not flow with the storyline so it’s definitely not lacking. The build up was great loved all the development of characters and even the small breadcrumbs on what’s to come…. Or that could just be my wishful thinking.

This is the second book in the Enchanted Fates series. Do you need to read the first book before this one? No, but I recommend you do only because you will see some of the characters from the first book and it will make things make better sense.
This book is the story of Ryker and Dani. Has just a little bit of spice, but is a cute love story for our two main characters. You will immediately fall in love with Ryker.
