Better than her first one.
Jenna has spent the last twenty-five years trying to forget what happened to her as a teenager. Trying to forget what they did.
But it has always been there - the mistake the four friends made. Now it has taken another life, Jenna has the opportunity to make amends. But if she comes forward now, the truth could shatter her marriage, her family and the friendships she's held onto all these years. And what if she's about to make the biggest mistake of all?
It was an average read because I don't feel connected with the characters. Narration wasn't that good but it was decent.
Thanks to NetGalley and Headlines for giving me an advance copy.
A worthy read although found it hard going at times, some good twists and intrigue maybe not a book to relax with, I did really like the writing style and expressive language and descriptiveness of the writing
This book is lacking a little bit. There isn't a plethora to keep the reader engaged throughout and it was a bit of a chore to pick it up again once I had put it down. Sorry.
Mmm mmm this book was a decent read, it had light suspense, intrigue, murder, mystery, drugs, and a few twists and turns! The storyline was interesting and flowed nicely! I wouldn't say it was one of my top favorites but it was still worth reading, it was a decent read! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!
