I love reading Christmas books all year round and if they have dogs added that's such a fun addition. Rosie Reynolds is the niece of the innkeepers, and their inn is called Corgi Cove. Two corgis' live there, Bonnie and Clyde. They all reside at Corgi Cove with Rosie's aunt and uncle who adopted her as a child when her mother left her.
Corgi Cove, located in Texas is beautiful but struggling financially. Nearby a big-name developer is buying up property and turning it into vacation spots.
Everett St Claire comes to Corgi Cove looking to make a quick sale and be back home in time for Christmas. He doesn't count on getting to know the family and falling for Rosie. The family doesn't want to sell the inn but if they don't, foreclosure will happen in the new year. With the family of course not wanting Everett around, especially Rosie how will this problem resolve? Now I've seen this plot before, failing family inn leaking money, the family doesn't want to sell and somehow it gets saved. You know what though I like the premise of this, especially with the dogs, it's such a charming read. Rosie is so upset her family's inn needs to be sold or it'll go into foreclosure. When Everett is there on day a family emergency happens and he saves her uncles life. The family warms up to him after this, but Rosie seems to be running hot and cold. I think you'll be charmed by this Christmas book with the mischievous corgis. You'll want to see how things turn out with the inn; can it be saved? Will Everett continue to get the cold shoulder from Rosie or will her heart melt as the temperature warms? Cute, fun read.

I am not a romance fan, but I AM a Corgi fan (shout-out to the love of my life Daphne). I enjoyed this cutesy story at Christamstime, and of course all of the Corgi shenanigans.

When the towns bed and vbreakfast is not doing well, and a big realtor is trying to buy it, what is a family to do? THey enter a contest to win a makeover to get everything fixed and marketing for the bed and breakfast.

This was a great story it had laughter, sadness, and of course romance all wrapped around some holiday fun.

Christmas At Corgi Cove by Annie England Noblin is a sweet contemporary romance about a young woman who needs some Christmas magic to save the place she considers home. Rosie Reynolds lives in Texas in a cottage on her aunt and uncle's property. Her aunt and uncle have a rundown bed and breakfast called Corgi Cove - named for the two pups who roam the ground corgis Bonnie and Clyde. Unfortunately, there's a big resort which has essentially taken their business. As we get into the story, we see that the resort is trying to buy Corgi Cove. They've sent Everett St. Clair to try and convince them to sell. 

Of course, Rosie absolutely does not want her aunt and uncle to sell. Nor do the quirky residents of the small lakeside town in which they live. So, Rosie enters a contest that will give her family seed money for repairs. However, winning is a long shot. Also, it turns out that Rosie and Everett really vibe -- particularly as she is giving him a dose of life in a small town. This story is a quick read and very low stakes. I found it so easy to just relax into the pages of Christmas at Corgi Cove. There is a particular scene involving the annual Christmas play of A Christmas Carol which is hilarious and worth reading the whole book just to get to.

Annie England Noblin's Christmas At Corgi Cove has so much holiday joy. There's hope. There's a quirky small town. We have decorations and a carnival. Also, we get to see some resolution to family issues. There isn't any snow as this is set in Texas, but overall, I think had I read this around Christmas, it would have immediately put me in the Christmas spirit.

As a corgi lover, this book was perfect for Christmas! This is the perfect feel good Christmas book to read with a hot drink by the fire. When Rosie comes to the Cove as a lost girl, she finds her home. As she grows up into a young woman, she discovers her home is now struggling and she creates a plant to save the inn at the Cove. Her beloved corgi's will help her win!

This was a delightful read! Rosie and Everett were an adorable couple, and I love the other characters in the book, too. I would definitely recommend trying this novel!

Christmas at Corgi Cove reads like a holiday Hallmark movie waiting to happen. Very cute, very heartwarming, and there’s CORGIS. I read it in one day and although this isn’t my usual genre, I would suggest this book for a quick light-hearted read.

Christmas at Corgi Cove: A Novel by Annie England Noblin has all the markings of a Hallmark movie with the way it starts and the aspect of a small-town Christmas-themed inn on the road to being bought by a big city chain. Enter our female leading lady Rosie and the big-city boy Everett who has come to convince her aunt and uncle to sell. There was a bit more steam than I was expecting, but I could totally see this being made into a movie and I would love to see it, especially for the adorable Corgis! 😍

Marni Penning narrates the audiobook and while I wish there had been a male narrator for Everett, she made a great Rosie, and I loved her narration overall. The parts of the book that really shine through (besides the pups of course) are the wonderful characters and the heartwarming storyline. There was the perfect amount of humor as well and when Rosie goes to see the resort their little B&B is up against, that was one of the funniest parts for me. If you are looking for a lighter holiday read with a touch of spice, I would definitely recommend Christmas at Corgi Cove in any format!

While I was reading Christmas At Corgi Cove I couldn't help but think what a good Hallmark movie it would make. It has everything that makes one of those movies good: bantering main characters, supportive side characters, a "save the inn" plotline within a quirky small town, and two adorable dogs. All of this warmed my heart and put me in the holiday feels.

Everett St. Claire is a big city businessman who has recently been knocked down the totem pole. Trying to get back towards the top he takes on an assignment which on the surface appears to be very easy: convince the owners of the a small B&B right outside Austin to sell to him and the company which he works for. He doesn't anticipate there being any sort of conflict with these negotiations until he meets the owners niece Rosie Reynolds.

Corgi Cove has been Rosie's home since she was a young girl and her mother left her to live with her aunt and uncle. As an adult she now lives in a cottage on the property, helping out with the B&B, owns her own hives, and makes her own honey products. When she meets Everett and finds out his intentions for Corgi Cove, there is an immediate sense of distrust. There is also a bit of attraction there too.

I really enjoyed watching Rosie figure out a way to try and save the B&B. She recognizes that there is work that needs to be done with it but, she still feels that it has something special within the walls. It isn't too long before Everett starts feeling that same sensation. He can't help but be charmed by Rosie and the small community of Corgi Cove. He even finds himself supporting her as she enters the B&B in a contest that may help save the day. Plus the two corgis Bonnie and Clyde are sure known for living up their names and causing trouble while bringing people together.

Christmas At Corgi Cove is one of those Christmas reads that will leave you smiling. It is light hearted and filled with warmth and a face paced but slow burning romance. If given the opportunity I would love to come back and visit Corgi Cove again. I really do think there is potential there for more adventures within this quirky small town and like I said before even a sweet Hallmark movie.

I wouldn’t say there was anything particularly stand-out or unique about this story, but it was still an enjoyable Christmas read!

This is a sweet winter read that has all the essence of a hallmark story. These are not usually my go-to reads but I had a great time and found myself loving Corgi Cove. It's a sweet, predictable story and I'm here for it. Recommend!

Christmas at Corgi Cove was familiar and basic in the best way possible. It was sprinkled with good tension and drama while also being what holiday romance lovers are looking for. There is comfort in the familiar and this felt like something I have seen or could see on Hallmark. I enjoyed it. Will look out for more titles from this author!

This was basically a Hallmark movie in book form (with just a tiny bit more spice). Hallmark movies aren't to my personal taste, so this was a little too predictable and cheesy for me personally. It was still a a reasonably enjoyable holiday read, but no something that wowed me.

Basically, this was a case of "it's me, not you" because everything about the cover and blurb indicated this would be a Hallmark-esq story and that's not my thing. It IS something that hordes of people enjoy though, and if you're one of those people, you will love this.

I always enjoy this smooth scribe’s work, her writing is a pleasure to read, easy to fall into, and unfailingly engaging. She always manages to cleverly incorporate naughty yet endearing animal antics in between small-town eccentrics and quirky humans and places all within the most unusual of communities while still managing to give them real-world problems to overcome and personal issues to hamper them. Annie England Noblin’s amusing tales have tails.

Rosie Reynolds is trying to help her beloved aunt and uncle save their hotel by making it a Christmas destination -- with the help of her corgis Bonnie and Clyde. Then a developer, Everett St Claire, comes to town to buy the inn ... and sparks romance with Rosie.

I wanted to read this book because of the corgis! The cozy Christmas setting was another plus.

This is a charming holiday romance. It will especially be of interest to anyone who loves small town settings - and dogs!

This cover is a little misleading. As the book does not take place somewhere with snow on the ground for Christmas. It takes in Texas outside Austin. But it was still a cute Christmas read and it had two adorable corgis as the stars of the book.

Super cute Christmas book that reminded me of a hallmark movie. I loved how the story evolved and the relationship was predictable but in the best way!
