A friend sets a challenge to Catriona. She has to say Yes to whatever she’s asked to do for a month.

This is because she’s, according to her friends not been living life as she should.

Her first Yes is to do the sunset swim. After being invited to join a group, she still thinks it’s stupid and cold. But, she’s not going to back out of it, and slowly begins to like it.

So, as she’s finding herself saying Yes to other things, she realises there’s a whole world out there, much better than staying indoors.
