This type of book sounds like and easily could have been too science packed but the author was able to write in a relatable and readable way. More memoir than nonfiction I believe. This topic is a hot one. The science around reproductive technology is very much out pacing the ethics of this technology and I am glad that is some literature out there on the topic.

Great book with a mix of personal story and research. I loved how Rachel wove this book together. Well done! I really enjoy reading about how families are built and this one was great. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC. Five stars!
