BRAND LOVE by Lydia Michael has its moments. While the concept of brand love in marketing is not new, Michael makes fresh points, shares unique perspectives, further develops the idea of long-term, ongoing relationships with customers rather than grabbing at transactions. As a marketer, I learned little that was new, stumbled through important-sounding sentences without substance, and felt like I'd read something that might have been revolutionary years ago. I received a copy of this book and these thoughts are my own, unbiased opinions.
