I really enjoyed this devotional. So much so that I bought It for myself already and I bought it as a birthday present for my friend. It is a beautifully written devotional and I will definitely read through it again.
I did like this book. I found the chapters in this book helpful and the book had great information to use daily.
This is a devotional book that encourages you to see the beauty in yourself and your life.
As the title says, it is based on devotions so it heavily quotes from it, assuming that you have a basic understanding of the scriptures already.
It is a good collection to get you started off on a good thought and note every day and reaffirms faith and how it can uplift your life and thoughts.

Netgalley and Thomas Nelson Gift sent me a copy of There's Beauty in Your Brokenness to review:
Are you feeling like you're not enough? Is it hard for you to see your inherent worth just as you are? Scripture, story, and art provide encouragement to anchor your identity in Christ and find rest in His presence in this beautiful, full-color devotional.
Despite our efforts, it may seem like there is never enough. That's okay, though! It's not our actions that determine how much we are "enough". As Brittany Maher and Cassandra Speer point out, our identity lies in God. Discovering your inestimable value in God alone is a life-altering, soul-anchoring truth that will change the way you feel about yourself, how you spend your time, and how you treat others.
Throughout the pages of this beautiful devotional, Brittany and Cassandra will gently guide you back to what God intended for your life. Through Scripture, meditations, and reflective questions, they show you how sin corrupted God's plan, how Christ redeemed it, and how we can live in that redemption for the rest of our lives. The truth that you are is expressed in each entry:
Feel safe, seen, and loved
Because of Christ's value, you are already enough
Become part of a community of women who understand your longing for soul renewal
Even when you feel fragile or overwhelmed, you are whole and complete in Christ.
It's easy to get caught up chasing the wrong things in a world filled with counterfeit identities. These devotions feel like sitting down for coffee with a close friend, sharing both the good and the hard of what it means to follow Christ, learning together how Your confidence in His promises will empower you to live out your true worth confidently live out your true worth secure in His promises for you.
I give There's Beauty in Your Brokenness five out of five stars!
Happy Reading!
There's Beauty in Your Brokenness by Brittany Maher and Cassandra Speer is such a beauftiul devotional. I discovered Brittany and Cassandra through their online community Her True Worth. I feel like they both have such an incredible way of bringing women closer to God. I fell in love with their first book Her True Worth, and I was so excited to see this devotional come out. It lived up and excelled my expectations. Thank you Netgalley for my copy! I will be sharing this devotional with my daughter and friends!
I received a complimentary copy from the publisher and all opinions expressed are entirely my own.
This is the perfect devotion for the broken hearted, the healing, the lonely, the one in need of a friend, mothers and daughters. Loved that the book is well written, readable and a gentle reminder that God loves you, God sees you and that you are loved. Well written , easy to read and perfect for life's storms or when you need a hug.
Granted the Bible is the source for all things--this book did a great job of incorporating scripture and then application. One point that is so important and was stressed that I loved was that we are not worthy, we can never measure up, we can never be good enough--WITHOUT GOD. This book conveys the powerful message that we need God--period, Without God, we are never enough.
Another great point was that time is the only resource that is in limited supply...so we must use it wisely.
I enjoyed this book--the scriptures and the narration that followed. Thank you to NetGalley for the advanced copy.
Reading “There’s Beauty in Your Brokenness” is like having a chat with a good friend.
This devotional is encouraging and uplifting. It will encourage you to draw closer to God and to be in communion with other believers.
The authors will remind you of God’s incredible grace and love while also reminding you that you are always enough….because Christ is enough.
You are not too broken. Your story is not too ugly. Your heart is not too lost. You can always come to Christ and experience all he has for you.
“This is a safe place to show your imperfections. Your untidy heart is welcome here.”
“He is El Roi, the God who sees you.”
*I received an ARC from the publisher through NetGalley. This review is my own opinion.*

We women tend to be quite hard on ourselves. This devotional addresses that tendency in many beautiful ways. Reading these open, honest and vulnerable devotions reminded me how cherished and loved I am by my Creator.
The book itself is beautiful and would make a nice gift.

MY REVIEW:
This was such a beautiful book, and exactly what I needed to read at this stage of my life. I know all too well the feeling of being unworthy, the certainty that you aren’t enough for anyone. This book was like a calming hand placed on my shoulder, a gentle whisper of encouragement, proof that I am, in fact, always enough.
I really loved this book and can see myself turning to it again and again as needed.
Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this book in return for my honest review.
I have been looking for the perfect devotional and this one surpasses any I’ve done before. I felt so connected to the words and the lord.
Its tough to give a review on a devotional but I did really enjoy this. A book like this is something that I like to digest over time. I like to read a page or two a day in the morning to help set up my day. This is the perfect title for that and I enjoyed it.
