Not a fan of this book, unfortunately. Grayson was the biggest walking red flag I have ever seen. The whole dragon/witch nickname thing was super cringy too.

This book is a charming tale of unexpected love. The setting is vibrant and enchanting, making it easy to get lost in the story. The protagonists start off as unlikely pairings, but their journey together is filled with sweet moments and growth. It’s a lovely reminder that love can blossom in the most surprising situations!

This book is full of drama and miscommunication. It’s a very messy book but I did enjoy it. It’s a slow burn marriage for convenience story so if you’re not into those tropes then it’s not the book for you.

It has Sheridan’s signature voice. I was looking forward to reading this book. Also very pretty cover!

A mutually beneficial marriage of convenience between two wildly ostracized people. Kira and Grayson’s plan is for this business arrangement to benefit them both, while keeping things strictly professional.

I enjoyed Sheridan’s writing and the pacing for the most part. I do feel like Grayson missed the mark as so many ‘grumpy men’ do, so he crossed into a-hole territory for most of the book. There was good character development, but I feel Grayson could have used a bit more. This is my second book from Sheridan and obviously was a very different dynamic than AC, so I’m willing to give more of her writing a chance.

Read if you like:

Kira is desperate, almost homeless, and needs to marry in order to gain access to the inheritance from her grandmother. Grayson also finds himself in a desperate situation when he finds out that he's about to lose his winery and, because of his past and prison record, cannot qualify for a loan from the bank. When Kira hears this, she devises a plan and suggests to Grayson that they marry in order to help each other out.

Grayson is sexy, handsome, yet aloof and emotionally closed off. He has been hurt by those he trusted and loved. Kira is also emotionally damaged, but yet she still remains warm and engaging and filled with hope. She is young and impulsive but truly believes marrying Grayson is her only hope. Grayson is the very definition of grumpy, almost to the point sometimes where it makes you uncomfortable. Kira and Grayson initially severely dislike each other, which makes for some great chemistry.

The supporting characters really made this story, in my opinion, and I absolutely loved the vineyard setting! Will always read a book that is set at a vineyard or near the water. Overall, this was another solid book from Mia and would definitely recommend if you're looking for an angsty, grumpy/sunshine romance.

I liked this book. Overall it worked for me. Ex-con down on his luck trying to revive the family vineyard. Rich girl running away from her abusive father. The "working together to bring daddy down" plot fell kinda flat for me... but the HEA hit the mark.

Thank you for this arc.
This one was unfortunately not my favorite from Mia Sheridan. It fell flat for me in many areas. It was funny and emotional but I just didn't feel the connections I wanted to feel.

The depth of emotions just WOWt! The verbal picture it painted, it was everything, it just keep me on the edge throughout, it was such a beautiful story.

This is a standalone novel and does not relate to any other books in the same series. Told in dual POV.

Thanks NetGalley for this amazing ARC!

Thank you to NetGalley and SOURCEBOOKS Bloom Books for the ARC of Grayson's Vow.

This one was 2.5 stars for me. I still don't understand why Kira couldn't just get a job instead of the entire premise of the book. Grayson is just a jerk who occasionally does nice things. Kira, despite the book constantly telling us otherwise, is a rich kid who expects the world to go along with her. Real people don't constantly get away with Very Bad Ideas. Both of them are surrounded by people who are too one-dimensionally evil.

All the 2.5 stars go to the British help. Charlotte's kitchen was the only redeeming quality of the book.

This was my second Mia Sheridan book and will probably be my last.

A story of misfits and underdogs that was absolutely adorable. I love her books and how they make me feel. You feel for these characters and they really tug at your heartstrings.

I’m sad I didn’t LOVE this one. It was an enjoyable read and I felt a lot especially close to the end but I just didn’t really connect much with the characters. The potential is immense and I always love a book with found family but I feel like it was convoluted and ended quite surface level.

Grayson very much read like a real person (maybe he too real). He had flaws and made you wanna knock his head to check if it was hollow. But unfortunately this just made Kira seem too unrealistic in the opposite sense.

It’s a fun romance, marriage of convenience, found family book but not the masterpiece I was expecting.

Thank you netgalley for this ARC. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Contrary to I feel like every other booktok creator I was not a huge fan of archers voice. In fact I DNFed it. And so I went into reading this with less than high expectations and was pleasantly surprised! I do prefer some good solid banter in my books, and this one was very much a serious romantic connection but that’s personal preference more than how the book with written and the author was a beautiful writer.

I like Mia Sheridan's novels. I am not sure that this was my favorite, the premiss is a little outlandish, but her reads are fun and sexy and the troubled characters and very lovable in the most quirky ways. This is a bit of a trope about a marriage of convenience but I enjoyed it anyway.

There hasn’t been anything that Mia Sheridan has written that I did not devour. This book is not as heavy as some of her previous ones but I enjoyed it just the same.

Grayson and Kira’s relationship is of two strangers coming together to better themselves financially. It’s a ver rocky beginning but as they learn to navigate each other feelings change.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

-marriage of convenience
-enemy’s to lovers

Mia Sheridan can do no wrong! Her writing is beautiful and her stories always get me in my feelings.

Kira is currently homeless and desperate to be free of her controlling father. In order to do so she comes up with a business arrangement between her and Grayson. Grayson is desperate to keep his vow to his father by saving his vineyard. I loved every second of their love story. This book and the characters are everything.

It took me a while to get through this one but ended up eating it up around the middle part. For me, the middle part could have been a bit shorter. I love a good marriage of convenience trope 😍

Loved the setting, loved the characters and their convos.

I found it a very enjoyable read and will definitely read more from this author in the future!

I thoroughly enjoyed this marriage of convenience and enemies to lovers story. Mia writes one heck of an angsty ride and I’m here for it especially with the steamy connection between the mains.

Wow this book took me by suprised and made me want to read all of Mia Sheridan's books. It's a marriage of convenience book but it has so much more to offer than just great tropes. I loved both main characters and also all of the side characters were so sweet!

I absolutely love Mia Sheridan's writing. Her books are always so well down and so emotionally raw. They make you feel. This was a wonderful book of two broken people finding there way to one another.
