Mia has done it once again. Marriage of convenience/arranged marriage is one of my favourite tropes ever and Mia blew my mind. This had everything you can possibly want and more in a marriage of convenience. Grayson has my heart he was so broken and could never catch a break but I loved watching him heal. I loved every minute.

Mia Sheridan can do no wrong. I am always obsessed with her characters and the stories she is able to imagine. Grayson and Kira are two broken people solely trying to get out of the shadow of their pasts. Their coming together was so beautiful. I absolutely adored their banter. Omg when he calls her little witch and she calls him dragon had me swooning.

I thought the setting of a vineyard as their home was just magical. Add in the fake relationship and grumpy sunshine and I was hooked from page one. I also think everyone needs a Kira in their life, even when you hurt them to protect yourself, they love you so much they are still willing to scheme a little to make your life better.

I also adored Charlotte, Walter and Harley. We all need found family like them. Also Sugar Plum Honey Bunches is just the most precious rescue baby

Thanks to SOURCEBOOKS Bloom Books, Bloom Books, and NetGalley for the advanced readers copy.

I really enjoyed this book! I love a marriage of convivence and enemies to lovers book. The banter was fun and I loved the winery setting. I just recently read Archer's Voice too and I'm pretty sure Mia Sheridan will be an auto read for me now. Kira and Grayson kept me picking up the book for more.

Y'all, I don't know why everyone wasn't shoving this into my hands sooner, because I LOVED it. It's a marriage of convenience, a winery, enemies to lovers, all the good stuff I like in books. Grayson is the antihero we all love, because of course he's not actually a bad guy. He's the reason I love my villainous characters. The backstory here is so key and how Mia Sheridan weaves it into the romancing and the fighting between Grayson and Kira is just...wow.

Kira and Grayson are not meant to be. Not friends. Not lovers. Not husbands and wives. But money talks and both are desperately in need of it, so they make a deal. They also make vows to themselves, not knowing that their vow of marriage would turn into so much more. When the past comes back to haunt them, just as their barriers are breaking down, both find it easier to revert to who they used to be and not the true selves they've discovered together. It's a tale of heartbreak, family, and love. A story filled with angst and romance and laughter, too. I loved this book, I loved these characters, I wish I had read it sooner!

Just got progressively worse. Why was Grayson so sexist? He was not really into consent. It was just how he phrased things and got horny at the wrong moments (not referring to the fever weekend). This always happens where the guy just says unredeemable horrific things to the "love of his life" and then she acted like it was her fault and that he didn't mean any of it because he was upset. It's giving "I was drunk, I didn't mean to cheat"... I think it would've been better if this book was only from Kira's POV. Why does Mia Sheridan always write her characters like this? She just dumps them into the deep end (inside joke) of trauma to make them seem like they need someone else to be a-ok. She did do a better job of avoiding this with Kira but not at all with Grayson.

Thank you so much to Netgalley and Bloom Books for this early copy of Grayson’s Vow. I really love the way Mia Sheridan (Archer’s Voice) writes. It flows, is easy to read, and is always an enjoyable story. I liked this one about a fake marriage/enemies to lovers romance but it definitely was Hallmark-y. The characters had an ongoing joke referring to each other as “witch” and “dragon” and that definitely got old fast. Otherwise I enjoyed the story, the side characters and the winery setting- just wasn’t one of my favorites.

Marriage of convenience is not one of my favorite tropes, but Mia Sheridan IS one of my favorite authors - therefore, this was a win. Mia has a way of taking your standard contemporary romance and keeping all the things we love while also deepening the story to become something MORE. the character arcs are more dynamic. their connections are more intense. Their chemistry is hotter. Then when she adds in colorful secondary characters and interesting settings, the stories just come alive. Plot and pacing was great and I really enjoyed the book from start to finish.

Mia Sheridan, ma’am, it is 10am on a Thursday and I was not ready for the tears and emotional roller coaster I was just on. Grayson’s vow was an incredible book, with each page drawing me in more than the last.

The love, heartache and resilience seen in the book is remarkably weaved. Grayson and Kira are realistic and flawed in their own ways. Their story had chemistry, even if Kira’s behavior seemed childish or a bit over the top at times. While I never thought I’d sympathize with a murderer, I love the backstory and complex layers unraveled in Grayson’s story.

I laughed, swooned and shed tears through this book. The story of Grayson’s puppy almost broke me, but then Walter’s talk with Grayson towards the end was what did it.

I felt the pace drug on a little bit, but once the next event happened, I stuck through to see what would happen. I love that the darker side of love and life, broken families and relationships was explored.

This incredible love story was a roller coaster I’d recommend for other, as long as you keep tissues nearby. Be prepared to be swept away to beautiful Napa vineyard scenes, stop and smell the hawthorne flowers and bask in the glow of love that lingers after the final page.

I have truly loved everything I’ve read from Mia and this one was not an exception to that. I am so happy to see her books being traditionally published and being recognized for how great they are!

This one was so fun where it pairs up a marriage of convenience between Kira and Grayson. I loved that they both had their reasons to engage in the agreement and that they were from different backgrounds.

Grayson truly made me swoon so much and it made me realize I don’t think Mia can write a MMC that I won’t love.

And the spice 🥵 I love how Mia writes her spice as it is always so well written and never cringey.

Thank you so much Bloom Books for my ARC!

This was such a fantastic read. Kira is very outgoing while Grayson, given his upbringing and past, is very closed off. He doesn't trust Kira when she comes to him with an offer of marriage for the inheritance her grandmother has left her - but it is a marriage that quickly blossoms. Despite Grayson's initial impression if Kira being a snooty, rich girl, he soon learns that regardless of her upbringing in high society, Kira wants nothing more than to let that part of her life go. Kira and Grayson have a lot of angst between each other which causes a lot of miscommunication (in my opinion) which is quite literally the bane of my existence. But overall I loved reading this book and the chemistry between the two was fantastic.

I also would like to note that the side characters were great as well and contributed well to the story!

Grayson, a convicted felon with a life of hardship can't secure a loan to save his family's vineyard in Napa; while Kira is plotting her freedom from her controlling father by marrying someone to access her grandmother's inheritance. Grayson and Kira reluctantly strike up a deal, and what starts as a hostile, resentful relationship turns into more when they get a better understanding of each other and find they have much more in common than they originally thought.

HOLY HECK! I loved Archer's Voice by Mia Sheridan, but I did not love Travis (its follow up book). But MAN I loved this book. It had some spice, but a whole lot of tension, angst, and banter. I loved everything about this book. Very plot centered where spice did not take over the whole story. I would highly recommend. THIs is an amazing marriage of convenience story that has it all!

I have become an ardent admirer of Mia Sheridan's books, and "Grayson's Vow" solidifies my admiration. Sheridan has an exceptional talent for crafting stories of redemption, and this novel is no exception. The journey of Grayson and Kira, two individuals repeatedly struck down by life's challenges, is portrayed with remarkable depth and authenticity.

I have become a huge fan of Mia Sheridan's books and Grayson's Vow is no exception. She does a great job of weaving stories of redemption. Grayson and Kira have had life knock them down again and again, but they each have dealt with things so differently. Kira opens up her heart and shares kindness and sunshine. Grayson has built a fortress around his heart. I love how Kira is a little chaotic and impulsive and it draws Grayson to her. Although Grayson has his moments where he is a complete jerk, he redeems himself by the end. Ultimately, Kira and Grayson find a way to fight for their love and overcome all of their insecurities.

I just really enjoy Sheridan’s stories, While Archer and Travis are still my favorites, this was a heart warming and surprisingly quirky read.

Review: Greyson’s Vow
Author: Mia Sheridan

Rating: ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️3/5
Spice: 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️

As a whole I enjoyed this read. I thought the plot was unique and compelling with just enough entertainment value for it to feel different from a lot of the Romances that I typically read.

Their main thing that bugged me about this book was Greyson. There were things about him as the MMC that I enjoyed but he truly seemed like he was a bit of a jerk.
I HATED that his pet name for Kira was “little witch” ugh….
I also thought he needed a good lesson in consent because some of the romantic moments really butted right up to the line of what’s ok and what’s not.

So to sum up. Entertaining plot…. Frustrating MMC

Mia is an auto buy author for me, so naturally I had to read this…
- Marriage of convenience
- He falls first
- Mutual pining
- some spice
- a found family
- grumpy sunshine
- dual pov
Grayson is an ex con who is struggling to keep his father’s vineyard afloat. Kira is the daughter of a wealthy politician looking to step out of her fathers shadow.

Graysonnnn! Sometimes you absolutely love him, and sometimes you wanna smack him. But I love how we get to see both Grayson and Kira work through their traumas and grow emotionally as people and as a couple. I didn’t particularly like their nicknames for each other :( little witch and dragon sometimes made me cringe. But I loved the tropes in this, and I feel like they were put together so well!

and the witch and dragon lived happily ever after…

mia sheridan has blown up recently. i feel like everyone i know has either read or is reading her books so i thought i would jump on the bandwagon.

if we’re being completely honest, i wish i’d picked up archers voice first because my experience with that book would have most likely been better than my experience with this one.

if you’re a fan of:
- marriage of convenience
- enemies to lovers
- he falls first
- dog adoption
then this is the book for you!

i thought i was really going to like this one because i’m a big fan of marriage of convenience, but there was something off about the pacing of this book which stopped me from fully becoming immersed in this book.

i will definitely be picking up other books of hers because her characters are really easy to fall for!

Thank you to Netgalley and SOURCEBOOKS bloom books for an e-arc of this book

Unfortunately I did not enjoy reading Grayson's Vow. I felt like the dialogue didn't flow and was awkward and the witch and dragon comparisons were weird.

Firstly, I’d like to say how much I adore this cover! It’s so lovely and I couldn’t stop staring at it while reading the book.

Secondly—this book! I was nervous because this has been an anticipated read of mine but I had no reason to be. I enjoyed the main characters and their relationships.

I loved these two so much. Especially Grayson. They were so great. I loved their background history and their chemistry, the love and support for one another, the angst, the push and pull, the sexual tension between them, everything was so well executed by the author. The characters were not perfect, they had their own struggles and obstacles they had to overcome before they came to the realization that they are better together than apart. I’m so happy with how everything wrapped up at the end. It was such an enjoyable book, I love love loved it.
