Love Mia and her writing style. Kira and Grayson both endeared themselves to me throughout their self discovery journeys.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with an advanced copy of Grayson's Vow by Mia Sheridan.
Kira needs a roof over her head and access to her inheritance. Grayson needs money to get his Vinyard up and running again. She offers Grayson money in exchange to be her fake husband.
The banter between these two literally had me laughing out loud throughout the entire book. She's his "little witch" and he's her "dragon".
I’m 100% convinced that it’s Mia Sherdian’s goal to break your heart and then put it back together. This is my 5th book by her and each one has tugged at my heartstrings and made me wish I could reach into the pages of the book and give the characters each a hug they so desperately needed.
Kira and Grayson both deserve all the love in the world for everything they went through and for the people they turned into. Kira is light and goodness and does everything for others with love. Grayson constructed a rough and hard exterior to protect himself but he knew instantly he was under Kira’s spell and that his soul reached for her. They both have their struggles and they fought their feelings and let their fears and insecurities get in the way but some wise words of wisdom knocked some sense into both of them.
This marriage of convenience, enemies to lovers story is full of angst and longing and once they give into their wants it makes for a steamy connection.
Thank you @read_bloom and @netgalley for a re release of this eARC in exchange for my honest feedback.
Thank you Netgalley for the ARC of this book. I really enjoyed this one!! Archers Voice was just fabulous so I was excited to a hold of this one. Mia Sheridan does not disappoint...the drama...the love it's all here!! Highly recommend
This was a good read but not very memorable in my opinion. It doesn't stand out amongst different titles in this genre
Sheridans latest addition to her Sign of Love series only establishes her as one of my favourite romance authors. This was a phenomenal love story that in which Sheridan once again writes her characters in an unbelievable situation, and in turn wonderfully creates the best outcome for them. I read this in one sitting, It held my attention and anticipation from the first page to the last. I will definitely be recommending this to all romance lovers when it is out in Australia bookstores, which is hopefully sooner than later!
I’ve never read Mia Sheridan and I love her writing style and her characters omg this book was fantastic I loved every single second of it
I kind of forgot i finished this lol - that’s how much i cared about this book.
I think in the moment it was a cute read but it didn’t feel substantial at all. I felt like the plot needed so much more background info and the characters needed to be fleshed out more.
Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice romance read but definitely not like a “i ate this up” type of book
Ty netgalley and publisher for the ARC
When I requested this ARC, I didn't realize it was a repub of a book from 2015. I'd heard of Sheridan's Archer's Voice which is a bookstagram/Tiktok favourite for those girlies wanting to cry their eyes out, but never read anything of hers myself.
As expected, Sheridon delivers on the heartbreak, trauma and melodrama of an insta-lust/insta-love relationship in her trademark way. I enjoyed the angst but at the same time it did feel a little over-the-top. It was also way too long for what it is; a middling romance novel.
Sheridan has her audience and unfortunately I'm not going to be one of her uber-fans; but this was a solid romance that delivered on its themes of second changes and redemption.
The way Mia Sheridan always delivers with the melodrama is something else. I love, love, love a melodramatic story and this fit it to the T, it was genuinely like watching a soap opera🤌🏼
This was a marriage-of-convenience, and insta-lust right at the door, but honestly I didn't mind it. The way their relationship unfolded wasn't in a way I could've possibly predicted but it didn't really detract from my enjoyment of the story. This also had a lot of heart at it's core, it's not just a story of two people who fall in love, but it's also about overcoming the struggles of the past, and finding your way forward.
This is definitely high up on my Mia Sheridan reads list, right under Archer's Voice, and I LOVED Archer's Voice.
10/10 recommend if you're in the mood for some angsty and melodramatic marriage-of-convenience.
LOVE me a Mia Sheridan story!! I am catching up on authors, and her catalogue is one I NEED to get current on! GREAT story, location, and side characters!! I was immersed in the world of Grayson & Kira!! Mia’s stories make me FEEL and this book was no exception!
FAV QUOTES:
“I thought about that, about how actions created reactions and on and on, each link a chain that stretched over time, from one person to another.” Grayson
“I believe, sir, that where there is love, there is always hope.” Walter
“If you let it, grief makes room for love within you. And the love we carry inside makes us strong when nothing else can.” Kira

Grayson’s Vow originally published in 2015 but rereleased with a new cover this past summer. This is the third book I’ve read by Mia Sheridan. I liked Archer’s Voice but I loved Stinger, which is a lot less popular, though I’m not sure why. Through the first half of Grayson’s Vow, I thought this one would be my favorite. It’s not to say it fell flat for me because I did enjoy it but I think it was possibly just a little bit longer than it needed to be. I couldn’t put it down initially but that feeling waned a little through the back half. Plus, I have to be in a certain mood to read Mia Sheridan’s books. They have interesting plot lines but can be a little cheesy at times.

Thank you @netgalley and @bloombooks for providing me with the electronic copy of Grayson’s Vow in exchange for my review.
Heart wrenching story filled with redemption.
To be scared is to care. A fire breathing dragon, a little witch and worthiness.
Grayson and Kira have a lot in common. Both have privileged upbringings with hidden torment and unrequited love. Their actions show what matters. Risks are taken to survive, to provide hope.
Loved the banter of feisty heroine Kira and Grayson. There is plotting and scheming from Charlotte to Kira to correct injustices. The endearing father Walter. Supporting characters and the HOPE of redemptions from fathers to a stepmother, to a brother to ex fiancés leads to self redemption.
To have someone on your side True love. Self worth.
“Watch what people do when they think no one’s watching. That’s how you’ll know who they really are.”
This is such a wonderful author! I really enjoyed this story! I thought Grayson and Kira were meant to be! I loved the journey they had to take to get to an HEA! These two were opposites for sure! They both came from different pasts as well. This one was a lighter story than others I’ve read from her which was great. I’m looking forward to reading more from Mia!
Grayson's Vow is both beautiful and brutal at the same time. I recommend reading the trigger warnings first in case because there are several that could be upsetting to people. I enjoyed the story, it had a lot of heart but was difficult to read at times due to the characters tragic backstories. The book was like an onion, just layers of pain just peeling away to reveal two characters that seem to be made for each other. I think the only thing I didnt like or understand was if there was an age difference, she was so young.
New author for me. Was pleasantly surprised with how much I truly enjoyed this! Would recommend for anyone wanting to read a romance book that will actually make you feel something
I was unable to finish this book as I just could not feel a connection to the characters. It could be me and not the book. I will still read other stories by this author.
Literally will always want to pick up a Mia Sheridan book. They are addicting and so easy to read. Full of depth.
A great read! Modern marriage of convenience tale with sparks flying in an opposites-attract plotline. Spoiled princess who is neither spoiled nor wealthy anymore makes an agreement with an ex-con vineyard owner who needs a cash infusion to fulfill his vow to his dead father to save the family business.
