Thank you for my advanced copy of this book. This book just wasn't for me. I understand it was meant to be light-hearted and funny but I didn't appreciate the "fibs" told.

Overall this was a quick funny listen. Some brought me back to things I was told as a child, some were funny and some were definitely outrageous.

As an audio book it wasn’t a smooth listen, the flow was weird. Kind of reminded me of a coffee table fact book. I picture one fib per page and in a physical book it makes sense, but reading out loud sequentially felt like just reading off a list. It also felt randomly put together. The fibs could have been grouped into categories and that would’ve made it easier to listen to.

I enjoyed the narrator providing some backstory or related experiences to some of the fibs along the way. But a lot of these had me wondering what age these fibs applied to. Like will the kids actually go along with most of these? There were several fibs that my kids would have seen through easily and they are between 5-10 years old.
