Resilient and sustainable caring was kindly provided for me to pre-read by Netgalley and the book publishers. As a carer myself I appreciated that unpaid carers and employed carers were all referred to as one. In a positive way the book gently guides the reader into developing a sustainable support network that provides a wider circle of support to enrich the carers wellbeing. I enjoyed the format and structure of the book where information was broken down in a range of different ways. It was lovely to read a book that championed carers in all their forms and focussed on helping them to stay well so that they are able to preserve their well-being in order to keep providing care.
