Really great to get to read so many samples of buzzy upcoming books. I'm grateful to the publisher for sharing them.
This sampler is incredible and I can't wait to read so many of these books. Please continue this. Thank you!
I really enjoy reading these that have little excerpts of novels that are releasing soon so I could add them onto my TBR pile.
A great wrap up of a great many books releasing in 2023. Lengthy samples from each book. I wasn't able to get to all 1250 Kindle pages, but perused the offerings in between reading the actual books! Thanks NetGalley for a preview of Buzz Books 2023!
I really enjoy these previews of upcoming book releases even though I already have way too many books on my shelves. Oddly, and probably a good thing in my case, there aren't too many in the 2023 Fall/ Winter edition by authors I recognized but I did shelve a few by authors new to me and a couple of debuts as well. I read some excerpts and that helped me decide whether or not to add them. I can't believe the 2024 Spring/Summer version will probably be available before we know it! Thanks to Publishers Lunch and Netgalley for continuing to produce this helpful publication.
Good selection, good excerpts, definitively a helper when I need to decide what to request in terms of ARCs.
I always look forward to when Buzz Books comes out to see what books are coming soon! So many great titles are coming this fall and I can't wait to read many of them. Thanks NetGalley for the opportunity to get a little sneak peak.
I love going through Buzz Books so that I can add more books to my never ending TBR!
Thank you Publishers Lunch.
Even though I have hundreds of books on my Goodreads 'want to read' shelf as well as on my physical shelves at home, I'm always on the lookout for a new title and BuzzBooks never disappoints!
As always, the titles included in this volume (Fall/Winter 2023) were all good but a few stood out for me and I will be adding them to my TBR shelf.

I always enjoy when the new Buzz Books comes out to see what books are coming soon! So many great titles are coming this fall and I can't wait to read many of them. Thanks NetGalley for the opportunity to get a little sneak peak.
Some books in here by perennial faves like Lauren Groff and Sigrid Nunez, plus some exciting discoveries. I hadn't read anything by Nnedi Okorafor, but was quite swept up by the voice of her excerpt. Also was quite taken with the passage from Alice Carrière's memoir--the porousness of the house she describes having grown up in seems to waft into the prose itself, which is pervaded by a dreamlike gauziness punctuated by sharp bursts of observation and insight, as though we are somnambulating into them, absorbing their lucidity, then returning to the trance. Pretty thrilled about C Pam Zhang's novel excerpt--as with most great food writing, there's a sumptuousness here, but there's also a sense of scarcity and want, and language wielded like cutlery and cutting board.
Thanks to NetGalley for providing an ARC of this book.

Another excellent cross section of books due this Autumn and as per usual, I found enough samples of interest to seek out the books.
I always enjoy skimming through this to see what books are coming soon and if my favorite authors have anything coming out soon
Difficult to give feedback on a catalogue but interesting read! Good to see what books are coming out in the autumn/winter.
I love when I can get my hands on a Buzz Books compilation. I realise the books are intended for a US market but I still enjoy reading the excerpts. I am never disappointed. I always find a couple of titles that interest me and I look out for availability. Sometimes I have to wait and sometimes a title has already been published in the UK.
A couple of titles interest me this time. Hold My Girl (Charlene Carr) and The Happy Couple (Naoise Dolan). I also like the sound of The Busy Body (Kemper Donovan).
It's always good to come across an unfamiliar author (established or new) whose writing captures your imagination.
I love these buzz books collections and there are so many great books featured here that I can't wait for! I'm particularly excited for more from Tia Williams as well as Anise Vance's debut.
Always a joy to discover upcoming release through Buzz Books!
I want to read: The Future, Hold My Girl, The House of Plain Truths, Land of Milk and Honey, Holiday Country, Death Is My BFF.
Thank you for releasing Buzz Books every season!
One of my favorite samplers! I am so excited about several fall titles, especially those by C Pam Zhang and Bryan Washington. What a fantastic way to build anticipation for new novels.
