Rounded up from a 3.5. This book heavily focuses on Topgrading, a hiring method. Currently I work within HR and I found this extremely interesting. If managers are looking for one book to learn more about hiring, this would not be it. If you've read books in the past and feel experienced within the hiring process, this might be a good listen for you.
