I could not put this book down! As someone with a chronic illness that leaves me in chronic pain it was really validating to read about a character who struggled with something similar and was still able to succeed in her life.
The chemistry between Autumn and Elijah was fantastic and as someone who typically flirts with my partner by bickering/teasing that was also nice to read about as well!

Ms Perfectly Fine follows the story of Autumn Adler, a famous pianist, who had an accident while she was performing. She crosses paths with Elijah, a man who designs games, and they fall in love as they are forced to live together in Autumn's house. This was my first book of Kate that I read and won't be the last. The writing reminded me of Ali Hazelwood and the characters were so good, especially Autumn and Elijah.
I wasn't expecting the plot twist to be so unexpected, as I was reading the book I thought it was something at first but it turned out to be another thing and I loved it, well done.
Overall, this was an amazing read that I would recommend to everyone who likes romance and forced proximity trope. Thank you to Independent Books Publishers Association for providing this book for review consideration via NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

This was a fast burn that I was just okay with. I definitely think I am a slow burn reader for sure but I’m not saying g what was done was bad at all! They were very cute together and it was a fun popcorn read for sure

I've tried to read this multiple times, and it just isn't for me. I'm sure there will be some who can relate to the main character, but unfortunately I do not feel I am the intended audience for this story.

It’s a feel-good read with a mix of romance and self-discovery, perfect if you enjoy stories about finding love and being true to yourself.

**3.5 stars**
*Ms. Perfectly Fine* is an enjoyable, light romance with a touch of suspense that keeps you turning the pages. Autumn Adler, a determined concert pianist focused on her comeback, and Elijah Wells, a driven game designer, make for an entertaining pair as they clash over their shared living space. The dynamic between Autumn and Elijah is fun to watch, with plenty of witty banter and stubbornness on both sides. Their chemistry slowly builds as they move from adversaries to something more, and the tension between them is one of the highlights of the book. Elijah's relentless attempts to win Autumn over add a playful charm to the story, even as she tries to keep her distance. However, while the romance is sweet and the premise intriguing, some aspects of the story felt a bit underdeveloped. The suspense element, particularly the mysterious gift and its implications, could have been explored in more depth to create a stronger impact. Additionally, the pacing sometimes felt uneven, with certain parts dragging while others rushed by too quickly. Overall, *Ms. Perfectly Fine* is a charming read that balances romance with a hint of mystery. While it has its flaws, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for a story with endearing characters and a satisfying, if not entirely surprising, conclusion.

Such a cute romance! I loved every trope that was mixed into this story. It was so much fun getting to see Autumn evade Elijah's flirty personality. The build up and pranks were well integrated.
Tropes:
- reverse grumpy x sunshine
- forced proximity
- he falls first
- enemies to lovers

I really enjoyed this book, such a great feel good romance. Made me laugh and was a really enjoyable read, great for summer time!

This was not really what I thought it would be. I didn’t like the characters and found the story a bit far fetched. The cover is what drew me in but unfortunately wasn’t the one for me.

I actuallyy liked this book tbut I really wished people would stop writing books with Taylor swifts song tittles is not bad I am coming from a swiftie but this was cute and really lived up to the hyped!

I love a good grumpy x sunshine and enemies to lovers romance! The romance between Autumn and Elijah was cute and written very well. I enjoyed this cute romance!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for granting me free access to the advanced digital copy of this book.
This was a great contemporary romance.

I ate this book up. I loved how fast Elijah fell and how Autumn was having none of it at first. Their flirtatious pranks against each other were so fun and cute. I love a reverse grumpy x sunshine and this fit the bill perfectly. I could have lived without the suspense part of it and would have liked to keep it a cute, fluffy romance, however I will say that the author did a good job on keeping the reader on their toes. I didn't suspect that outcome at all!
READ IF YOU LIKE:
- reverse grumpy x sunshine
- forced proximity
- he falls first
- chronic pain/healing
- lil bit of spiciness
- mental health rep
- enemies-ish to lovers

This was full of tropes that I love including grumpy x sunshine and enemies to lovers so this was always going to be a win for me. There were so many great moments between the main characters and I liked that there was a little twist to it too.

This wasn’t my favorite book but it has potential. I think That a few parts could have been flushed out some more and it would be been a great story.

I had difficulty relating to the characters in this book. It might be because of the initial flashback scene where you saw the accident of the FMC and then went into the future. I could understand her physical and mental issues but it seemed like the circumstances on how the FMC and MMC got together were unrealistic. The whole stuck together issue seemed too forced.

3.5⭐️ This was an interesting mix of rom-com and romantic suspense with two very different MCs that ended up working pretty well together.
Read this book if you enjoy:
> Forced proximity
> Romantic suspense
> MMC is a dog owner
> Enemies to lovers
> Chronic pain/mental health rep
> Dual POV
I knew going in there was a romantic suspense element to this book and I was looking forward to it, but it ended up feeling almost like an afterthought to the plotline. There wasn't a ton of depth behind what was happening - and it didn't really come into the story until over half way through. However, it was a nice element to take this above and beyond a rom com story.
The two MCs were fine - I felt like we got to know the FMC more than the MMC - she had a few more layers to unpack. The chemistry between the two was a bit off at times. With the forced proximity, it went from an enemies situation to an abrupt switch of feelings and perception. Overall, there's good character development and the FMC definitely has a backstory that evokes empathy and understanding of her current situation.
There was a good amount of chronic pain (and some mental health) representation in this book, which is always good to see. I thought it was handled well and helped to round out the FMC's character. Thank you to NetGalley and the author for the eARC. I also own a physical copy of this book.

Ms. Perfectly fine was a 3.5 star read for me - which means it's a perfectly acceptable pool side, easy palette
cleanser with a cup of tea type of read!.
- I liked the way the story evolved and the writing was really good (which I totally didn't expect either.)
- The reveal of the dark secret... almost made this a bit of a thriller towards the end and I loved the mixing of the genres!!

I really enjoyed this book and loved the character Autumn. I found it a very easy book to get lost in and the story line was very cute and could relate to the back pain.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for a romance novel.

Perfect little read for when your in the mood for a romcom. I had so much fun it was so high,y entertaining to read.
