This book is cozy, cute, and small town. It was everything I needed right now!
It’s a perfect book to read during the fall, whilst sitting in a Starbucks and sipping a pumpkin spice.
There is a lack of communication, which can be a bit of a turn off to some, but i ate it up and left no crumbs. 😅
Thank you One More Chapter for gifting me a copy of this book for an honest review!
Oh my goodness I absolutely loved this book! It’s been so long since a romance has captured my attention and I was hooked by the 3rd page I fell in love with all the characters and didn’t find them even remotely irritating while they went through their growth journey!
When Jeanie inherits the Pumpkin Spice Café in Dream Harbour, she embraces the opportunity for a fresh start, away from her mundane desk job. However, her arrival disrupts Logan's peaceful routine, and he initially resists her infectious positivity.
As their paths collide, Logan finds himself inexplicably drawn to Jeanie, despite his best efforts to avoid her. Can Jeanie's sunny disposition melt Logan's grumpy exterior and win over his heart, or if he's the one person in town who won't succumb to her charm or her pumpkin spice lattes.
A delightful romance, perfect for cozying up with a pumpkin spice latte on an autumn day.
I hope the author is using a pen name because it’s just all SO cozy! This was a typical Hallmark-movie-esque read, you knew exactly what was going to happen but it was a really comforting read and one that I enjoyed. Really gets you in the mood for Autumn & the colder months 😍
The book was very cozy and warm, and I really enjoyed the autumn atmosphere. I would recommend it for a light read, especially in the fall. The romance was not convincing for me, but the characters were cute.
The cutest book to read for the start of fall 🍂✨ when a life changing incident happens, Jeanie’s aunt gifts her her little cafe. It was the breath of fresh air that Jeanie needed 🍂✨while Jeanie is adjusting to the small town life, she encounters the handsome local farmer Logan who delivers to her every week ♥️ both not wanting to get distracted or start something new they try to fight off the feelings. Until a little stake out and they both can’t keep their minds off each other ♥️
This was such a cute and light hearted read! Definitely recommend ✨
Such a fun read to kick off Fall! The characters are endearing and this tops the list for cozy reads that will have you swooning!

This was the cutesyyyy-est autumn time romance, I curled up over the weekend and devoured this love story. This is such a good read for the autumn season. You will not regret putting this on your TBR!
Janine is the new owner of the Pumpkin Spice cafe in a small New England town and Logan is a local farmer and once they cross paths it's obvious that they are meant for each other. Their love faces some hardships along the way but I liked the way that they were able to work through those issues, they were both respectful and so understanding of one another. I would like to request a sequel please :)
Thank you so much to NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.
If you are looking for a hallmark-esque cozy fall read, look no further! While the writing was somewhat predictable, it fit the feel for a feel good fall themed read! As someone who loves fall and the experience of small town living this read is great addition!
The Pumpkin Spice Café is a heartwarming and cozy romance novel set in a small town during the fall season. Jeanie, a big city girl, inherits her aunt's pumpkin spice cafe and moves to the small town of Dream Harbor to start a new life. Logan, a grumpy lumberjack, is the local handyman and Jeanie's neighbor. The two of them are initially at odds, but they soon find themselves falling in love.
The book is full of all the things that make fall so special: pumpkin spice lattes, apple picking, hayrides, and bonfires. The characters are likable and relatable, and the romance is sweet and heartwarming. The mystery subplot is a bit predictable, but it's still fun to see Jeanie and Logan solve it together.
Overall, The Pumpkin Spice Café is a delightful read for fans of cozy fall romances. It's the perfect book to curl up with on a cold winter night.
This book started off slow for me. However, when it took off it really took off!!! I really loved the Gilmore Girl vibes this book gave from start to finish. This book was the perfect book to kick off the fall season!!

Our FMC, Jeanie, moves to a small seaside town after inheriting her aunts, "The Pumpkin Spice Cafe." Luke, our MMC, is grumpy and not looking for love. Well, he wasn't looking until, Jeanie comes to town. This book is fun, quirky, slightly steamy, with a touch of mystery and a whole lot of fall coziness.
This book made me giddy for fall to get here and made me miss living in New England. This was just the kind of book that you want a blanket, tea, and a rainy day to cozy up and read it.
Thank you NetGalley, Harper Collins UK and One More Chapter for letting me read this lovely book.
I'm a sucker for Hallmark like stories and this si a good one. It's fluffy, a good way to escape reality and live in a perfect place.
Some le sugar would have made it more entertaining but I enjoyed it

This book was so cozy and cute! It was the perfect way to kick off fall and gave me major Gilmore girls vibes!
Jeanie has inherited her aunts Pumpkin Spice Cafe where she meets the local produce farmer Logan. He's a bit grumpy and standoffish but Jeanie's sunshine personality could exactly what he didn't know he needed.
I loved that Logan went to therapy and thought that was such a nice touch to his character development. The mystery was a fun aspect to this cozy story and it gave the plot some extra meat. It was a bit insta-lovey for my taste but I still enjoyed the story!
The side characters were fun and added to the chaotic but cozy vibe of the story. This book made me feel so warm and fuzzy!
This is cute, seasonal & cozy aka perfect for fall. There's not alot to it but if your looking for a super seasonal fall read with some added spice, I would check it out.
This was the coziest romance I have ever read.
All I kept thinking was Gilmore Girls x Virgin River, and this will for sure be a reread later this fall.
I think I struggled to really get into the book. The quotations were very UK and it was slightly distracting considering it was based in New England. Additionally, reading third person can take me out of the story, but once I was hooked I couldn’t get enough of the story, the town, and the characters.
If you like cozy and fall and sweaters and pumpkin and spice, this here is your books. 🥰

Book 1 of Dream Harbor Series. A fun romance. Jeanie Ellis owns The Pumpkin Spice Café and lives in the apartment above the café. Some one is trying to frighten Jeanie and causing damage to her café.
Logan Andrews is a local farmer who tries to help Jeanie discover who is creeping around at night.
Set in the small town of Dream Harbor in the present time.
I loved the way Jeanie makes friends and gets involved with town events.
A quick easy to read romance.
