I really enjoyed this book. It’s honest, raw and thought provoking. It was a really interesting read.

Bipolar General offers a firsthand account of Maj. Gen. Gregg Martin's challenges with bipolar disorder during his military career. The book provides readers with a personal perspective on the complexities of the condition and explores various treatments. Martin's narrative is both informative and engaging, shedding light on his journey with bipolar.

As someone who is also dealing with Bipolar Disorder I found this book to be very uplifting. I have many problems with day to day things but I am still able to fight through it but this shows that I still have the ability to get even better as long as I fight back.

This was a fantastic book. I spent a greater portion of the night reading it. The General's honesty about such a personal topic is refreshing and will no doubt serve as an inspiration to others.to get help and assist those with these issues.
