Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review The SEAL's Virgin Lover by Leslie North. Sadly, this book wasn't my cup of tea.

Woooooahhh there cowboy! This timeline is wacky. Wanting to have babies with someone you met just hours ago. Damn. A very surface level story with no real depth.
I was really excited for the second book after the first but I don't think this is a series I'll be continuing.

This was worth the 5 stars just for the characters and the steamy storyline. I love reading Leslie North books.

The SEAL’s Virgin Lover is the second book in the Denver Men series by Leslie North. This book can be enjoyed as a standalone mystery or as part of the series.

I loved the action in the book! The suspense was awesome, and the storyline was so engaging! The characters were fascinating, with awesome chemistry, and were well developed. The romance was smokin'!

This book is a quick read that I could not put down! I can't wait to read the next book! I definitely recommend checking out this book!

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This one just wasn't for me. I am a big romance girl and sometimes, they make me feel cringey and this one definitely delivered the cringe.

Neonatal nurse Chelsea Andrews lands a dream job caring for a newborn, unaware of her employer's sinister motives at a lavish chalet. Ex-navySEALS Seth Jacobsen and Shawn, now security experts, visit the hospital to congratulate friends Trent Caldwell and Brianna on their newborn, only to discover the child has been kidnapped. Suspecting Marco Bresi, a businessman with a vendetta against Trent for his daughter's death, Seth embarks on a mission to investigate properties potentially linked to Bresi to rescue the baby.

The tale brims with peril, action, and intense chemistry as Chelsea and Seth join forces to rescue baby Faith while evading their pursuers. I was instantly captivated and found it hard to put the book down. Their playful exchanges and eventual realization of deeper feelings, especially after the primary threats subsided, were a treat to read. If you're a fan of thrill-filled romances with a perfect pairing and rapid yet convincing love stories, this book is a must-read.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Relay Publishing for the eARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is the 2nd in a series. I think it reads well as a stand alone-but I must say I did read the first. So I may be biased. This is Seth and Chelsea's story. Seth is investigating a kidnapping. Chelsea is unknowingly the nurse for the kidnapped baby. A not realistic but fun to read pretty short book. If you like instalove you will enjoy this one. 3 stars

Another book in this series. It carries on from the CEO's Pregnant Lover with Seth and Chelsea as the main characters. Preview of the next book, with Chance and Rachel, has me keen to jump in!

This book picks up where the first one left off which was Trent’s and Brianna’s baby being stolen from the hospital. Seth a former Seal but one that really acts like one contacts his police friend and gets a video of the person and vehicle. He then begins his search as well as looking for Marco Bresi. Meanwhile, Chelsea Andrews has been hired as a nanny something that she does as a living and when she shows up at a cabin she is really looking at a mansion for her. Her job is to take care of the infant she knows nothing of what has happened or about the people at the house.
When Seth finally tracks down the location of the cabin and makes an entity into the building he is confronted with not only the baby but a woman who now does not know what or who to believe. She goes with him though and the time that they are in the cabin is a good part of the story. I liked the interaction between the two of them and with the baby in the mix just made it better. Like the other book, the story really does not have a total conclusion but still has a better ending than the first.

A bit short and hence a bit lacking in depth. The basic story was good and I did enjoy it, but I just felt it needed more!

The SEAL’s Virgin Lover was a quick read full of 🔥, adventure, danger and romance. I wish it wouldn’t have been as instant of an attraction but it was still a fun read, fast paced and very enjoyable.

So I'm new to Netgalley and a mood reader, so sometimes it takes work to get some of the books read because I was interested when I requested the book. Still, by the time I get it, I'm in a new mood and sometimes in the middle of another book. Still, my bigger issue is that Netgalley doesn't showcase if a book is part of a series, and this book fell victim to that a little bit because this is the second book in a series. It was kind of rough starting it because we start right in the middle of the chaos that is going on with the kidnapping, and Seth is full-on running to find the baby for his best friend. The best friend was the center of the previous book, and I don't know if it would've clarified my confusion at the beginning of this one. But once I got into the book and stuff started to slow down just a little bit, it ended up being really good, and I loved Cait and Seth! Cait and Seth were a lot of fun, but again they had no chemistry initially. They found one another attractive. However, he thought she was an accomplice. She had no clue what was going on yet ended up going with him and hooking up with him in a cabin even though they weren't really talking yet.

Another short and steamy romance from Leslie north. love these for a quick romantic read. Another in Norths usual style of alpha Male romances. A good read

Hot and sexy ex Navy SEAL falls for a virgin good girl sounded like the ultimate steamy romance plot, but unfortunately the rest of the story around it didn't sit right with me. I mean, sleeping with him after barely knowing him a few hours and essentially being on the run with him while saving a potentially kidnapped baby? Not to mention he found said kidnapped baby so quickly. It just all seemed a little far fetched and very rushed. I'm all for a romance where they fall fast, but this was just a little too fast for me.

This is the 2nd book in the “Denver Men Series”. Seth Jacobsen is a former Navy SEAL who is on a mission to locate his billionaire friend Trent Caldwell’s kidnapped infant daughter. Chelsea is a nurse who has been hired to take care of the infant and she has no idea that infant was kidnapped. Chelsea is just doing a job that Bresi hired to do. Trent heads off to a cabin own by Bresi and finds Chelsea and the infant. Chelsea realizes that something is not right so she a Seth decide to work together. As the two are getting closer and closer their feelings for each other are coming to the surface. The two need to escape the kidnappers and return the infant to Trent.

Why was the infant kidnapped, will Seth and Chelsea be able to get away, is there an HEA in store for the couple?

I received an ARC via NetGalley and Relay Publishing and I am leaving my review voluntarily.

What happens when a contracted job is just too good to be true? Chelsea’s an experienced neonatal nurse, currently working as a nanny, who has been hired for a job that makes her B.S. radar go off big time! She’s not sure if it’s her boss’s hesitation to tell her where they will be traveling, his creepy “assistant,” or the fact that the mom of this barely one day old baby girl is nowhere to be seen, but she’s sure of one thing: the little girl has to be protected. So when a mysterious hot guy shows up with an exit plan she takes the opportunity to get out there.

This one-bed, almost insta-love story was a fun, fast read. The chemistry between the “bad boy” ex Navy Seal Seth and the “good girl” Chelsea was sweet. This book can be read as a stand alone but the characters are a part of a larger story plot that makes more sense if you read the entire series, so it’s great that both book 1 and book 2 are available in Kindle Unlimited! I can’t wait for book 3!

This book was a quick, fast paced read. There’s a bit of action, some tension and spice, but not a whole lot of depth. It’s all pretty superficial. The conflict is handled relatively quick and the romance develops super fast. If you’re looking for a quick and spicy read then this would satisfy that. But if you’re looking for a lot of character development, deep plot line then this may leave you unsatisfied. Overall it was a cute fast read.
