This is a great books for parents and educators to read with kids to inspire them to manage their feelings about climate change and what that means for them and their lives.

This is a great workbook for children, young adults, and their parents or educators to work through when dealing with climate change distress/trauma. I felt like there was a lot of practical information and plenty of ways to implement this book into real-life activities to promote emotional growth and climate activism. I believe this is a helpful and pertinent book that should be on every parent/teacher's bookshelf.

This is a great resource for young people, to help them cope with climate anxiety & understand how they feel about the climate crisis.

Written by two psychologists focusing on how climate change is impacting our mental health, they provide tips and activities to combat climate related worries and turn the anxiety into action.

Introducing terms like greenwashing, intersectionality, marginalised groups and climate justice, this is a wonderful book for young people of all ages who want to learn more about the climate justice movement and fight for a better future.

There was also a secti0n at the end for parents and educators, exploring ways to communicate with young people about serious topics like climate change and how to make young people feel seen & heard.

An overall great resource for everyone wanting to make a difference.

Thank you to NetGalley & Jessica Kingsley Publishers for the DRC
