Strong and useful concept of sales teams and management transformation is presented in this book. There are right different change management models that can be followed and adapted specifically for sales environment however can be applied for other transformation management situations. I liked the examples and scenarios provided in the book because this makes easier to see the practical aspects of the theoretical models. Interesting and easy to follow book overall.
