Informational book for HR professionals. There isn't much new material here but it was helpful to revisit this topic.
I requested this book because I'm transitioning to HR and wanted a resource. A lot of the information isn't new but I think position HR to ask/consider their purpose in an organization.
Even if I'm not a HR pratiction but work in L&D I learn some very useful way for analysing what's going on
Kogan Books are always well done and this confirm my opinion
Highly recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher for this ARC, all opinions are mine
