This was the first book I read by Jaqueline Snowe and I wasn't disappointed. I also really liked the cover of this book. This book has wonderful characters. I thought this was a fun Rom Com. If your looking for a steamy Rom Com then I would recommend this book to you!!
Thank you NetGalley and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for allowing me to read this ARC for my honest opinion.

The vibes of this book were absolutely immaculate! If you loved the movie The House Bunny, this book is definitely for you. I would recommend this one to anyone who likes the forced proximity and second chance romance tropes. It is also very steamy with several open door scenes. It follows a house mom for a sorority over Christmas break during a once in a lifetime snow storm. I really liked the attributes that the main character had. When you think house mom you think bubbly, over the top, and kinda bimbo-ish. But that definitely isn't this girl. She's smart and her character runs deep. She really works hard at the leadership and time commitment it takes to run a houseful of 60 girls. I really fell in love with her character and was so ready for her to fall in love with the male love interest. The football coach wasn't ready for a relationship and ghosted her 2 years ago. Well when stormageddon hits and the block loses power, the two are forced to shack up to stay alive and warm. Of course it turns into a fling that you'll love to watch play out. This is the perfect warm up act for the Christmas season and I highly recommend you pick it up!

Snowed In For Christmas
A thriller set in the middle of a snowstorm is my absolute favourite to read. Who knew that a romance set during a snow storm could be just as amazing!
Snowed In For Christmas was such a fun romance read it had:
❄️ Grumpy-sunshine
❄️ Forced proximity
❄️ One bed
❄️ Once in a century snow storm
❄️ Misunderstanding (not so much my favourite)
❄️ HEA
Becca and Harrison are neighbors. She's the fun-loving and caring house mother of a sorority. He's the absolutely gorgeous but grumpy football coach. They went on one date two years previously, after which Harrison ghosted Becca. Now Becca does her best to ignore her grumpy neighbor.
But a once in a lifetime storm over the Christmas holidays has Becca and Harrison cuddling up together to keep warm. And when these two attractive people cuddle up together, things get spicy!!
Becca and Harrison are great characters. They both have these insecurities and have feelings of not being good enough. But, I love how they both support each other and show each other that the people in their lives that made them feel lesser than were wrong.
As often happens, there is a misunderstanding, but I feel like everything is resolved in the very best of ways.
Overall, this was such an enjoyable read. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spicy Christmas romance.
Thank you to Forever and NetGalley for an advanced digital copy of this book. My opinions are my own.

Despite the temps outside reaching 70 degrees in mid-November, I was excited to curl up to some blizzard love in this holiday romance! Harrison and Becca epitomize the grumpy/sunshine trope. I totally pictured Becca as Anna Faris in House Bunny, thanks to her job as a sorority house mom. How adorable was she with her girls (and the fact that they left her Christmas gifts, even when she told them not to! That's the love I like to see!).
Hot Henly Harrison played the part well as a lonely, grumpy, divorced football coach. However, he was SUCH a marshmallow as Uncle Harry. *Swoon* I enjoyed the steamy scenes between Becca and Harrison, but I didn't quite believe their chemistry. Harrison ghosted Becca after their "amazing" date two years ago because he assumed she'd be high maintenance based off her of job and her bright clothing. Um, what?! What kind of reason is that? Seemed quite illogical, considering how passionate their kiss was at the end of their magical date. Then he just assumes he can pick things right back up as soon as she's bunked in his house for the blizzard? Eh, I needed a little more. BUT! At least they were able to move past it years later and find their stride.
Overall, a cute winter read that makes me wish I had a hot neighbor!

#SnowedInForChristmas:
Thank you @readforeverpub for my gifted copy!
I’m in my #MellieClaus era, so I apologize in advance for the next two months of holiday reads. I did kick it off with a fun one by Jaqueline Snowe. This was such a fun and light holiday read that I breezed through. The concept, the tropes (one bed has entered the chat), the not so dramatic “great miscommunication”, and the steam were all top notch.
I loved Becca and Harrison. The grumpy/sunshine was oozing off the pages. I liked that their careers were college adjacent, but still consenting adults. I wished we could have had the prologue of their previous date, but I feel like I still understood the mishap from their first date.
I zoomed through this book and really enjoyed it. They really were a great match, and I liked that they balanced each other out. Another Mellie Claus approved read! (This is steamy, so if you need a closer door romance, this is not it)
Out now!
QOTD: You’re snowed in! What’s the first snack you would grab to survive?

The miscommunication trope is heavy in this one.. Still, a fun holiday read with spice. A fast-paced lighthearted romance.

“Snowed in for Christmas” had a lot of potential for a sweet romantic enemies-to-lovers story, but it fell a little flat for me. The characters were bland and one dimensional and story was moderately cheesy and predictable. It was enjoyable enough to finish, though, so I’m giving it 3/5 stars.

I received this book as an ARC from NetGalley. I want to express my gratitude to the author, NetGalley and Forever for providing me with a copy in exchange for my honest feedback.
This was a delightful, sunshine x sunshine holiday rom-com. It was so much fun to read and got me into the holiday spirit effortlessly. I really enjoyed the characters and their distinctive viewpoints and banter added layers of charm and depth to the story. The spice in this book wasn’t overwhelming, but something about it just hit perfectly.
For anyone seeking a heartwarming, easygoing holiday read, this book is an absolute recommendation. It's the kind of story that leaves you with a smile on your face and a warm, fuzzy feeling that lingers long after the final page.

Snowed in for Christmas is a great little holiday story with spice! Becca and Harrison are next door neighbors that mostly ignore each other after a date that ended poorly a few years ago. When a big snowstorm hits leaving them stranded without heat they have to come together to stay warm but also realize that there is some chemistry there.
Both characters learn from each other and take a chance on each other in the best way.
If you like a one bed situation, a little bit of second chance or cheery Christmas with some spice this one is for you. My one complaint is it could have been a little bit shorter to me. Think novella as it all takes place over a few days with really only two characters the middle got a little long for me!
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

This is one of the best Christmas books I’ve read this year. The characters are wonderful and I loved the way their relationship progressed through the book.
Becca is the house mom for a sorority, and is staying in the house over Christmas. She’s got food and her books, and figures she’ll be fine during an upcoming blizzard. Unfortunately, she’s underestimated the blizzard’s power and isn’t prepared when the power goes.
Her neighbor Harrison is the handsome coach of the football team who recently shared a steamy kiss with Becca. As the blizzard rages, he rescues Becca from the now frigid sorority house.
Without power, the only way to stay warm is to build a fire, sleep in front of it, and share body heat. Becca and Harrison enthusiastically embrace their plight, and each other.
There’s much more to the story when they talk about their lives but you’ll have to read the book! 4 stars.
Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed as in this review are completely my own.

IS IT WARM IN HERE OR IS IT JUST ME? Whew! What a wonderfully steamy book. The chemistry was spot on. The banter was PERFECT. The grumpy x sunshine? Absolutely winning! Give me more of this please because I am not ready for it to be over.

I received this ARC from the publisher via NetGalley.
Are you looking for a silly and super spicy Christmas romcom? Well here it is. When a blizzard hits, two neighbors rely on each other for warmth and safety in this forced proximity romance (with a bit of a second chance aspect tossed in). And you probably guessed we get an only one bed trope too. I really enjoyed the grumpy sunshine pairing of characters and being able to see how their anxiety about who they are is shown in this dual pov novel. I can also say I'm so glad we don't get that kind of weather down south because I never want to be in those temperatures (again) in my life! I was a little concerned they would get a little hypothermia during the spicy scenes but they made it through safely.
I had fun. It was cute. 4.5 stars (sometimes the use of the word orgasm so much made me cringe).

Thank you to NetGalley for an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinions.
So I wanted to love this book so much! However, I felt that it was kind of forced and there was so much miscommunication I ended up getting frustrated and giving up! All in all this just wasn’t for me.

I loved this book! I read it in one sitting and could not put it down! I would definitely recommend this book! I just loved all the banter and romance in this book!

What a fun lighthearted holiday read!
After a window breaks in the sorority house during winter break, young house mother Becca is forced to seek shelter and help from the one person she never wants to see again: The guy who took her on a date and prompt ghosted her 2 years ago. Harrison, the college’s football coach, opens his house to Becca half heartedly but soon, the two have to snuggle for warmth during the massive blizzard and one thing leads to another….
This one was quick, fun, and really cute! I really enjoyed the two characters and their quirks alongside the steamy romance and fun subplots. I was fully invested and loved it!

It’s right before Christmas, and sorority house mom Becca Fairfield is getting ready to hunker down alone as her girls depart for winter break. When a freak blizzard throws her together with her neighbor, cranky head football coach Harrison Cooper, it might be below freezing outdoors, but it’s hot and steamy inside!
This is the perfect grumpy/sunshine, forced proximity, holiday rom com to get you in the Christmas spirit. Becca is seriously adorable – quirky, feisty, colorful – and Harrison is the cutest grouch ever! Their banter is funny, awkward, and endearing, and the chemistry between them is hot, hot, hot! If you ever wished for Hallmark Christmas movies to come with an R-rating, this darling blizzard buddy romance is for you!
Many thanks to NetGalley and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for providing me an advance copy of this book.

Happy, quirky, cute Sorority mom, Becca is neighbors with grumpy football coach, Harrison. They had a date two years earlier and Harrison ghosted Becca. But now a blizzard brings them back together and a fun romance ensues between two opposites. Super steamy and super fun!

OMG! This book gave me a book hangover and I don't know if any of the other Christmas stories I read this year will measure up!
It's cute, it's steamy, it's Snowed In for Christmas.
Highly Recommend to get you in the holiday mood.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an arc. All opinions expressed are my own.

When sorority mom Becca is trapped in the sorority house over winter break without her girls or electricity or heat or a wood reserve, she takes up her hot football coach neighbor's offer to stay with him and his fireplace for the holidays... even though they went on what she thought was a fabulous date two years ago and he ghosted her. But time has passed, and the attraction is still there, and they say body heat is the best means of keeping warm, no?
I went into this book not really knowing what to expect, and ended up thoroughly enjoying it. Snowed in, only one bed, and holiday romance are some of the best tropes and themes out there, and this book capitalizes on all of them. Becca and Harrison were fabulous together and Snowe captured their chemistry well. I also loved learning more about Becca's unique job as a sorority house mom; it's not a profession we see a lot of books. All in all, a great holiday romance read that hits all the standard marks while not feeling redundant! Would recommend.
Thanks to Forever for my eARC! All thoughts and opinions are my own.
5 stars - 9/10

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this e-arc
I love love the grumpy/sunshine trope and this novel is next level. I loved the relationship between Harrison and Becca with his stoicism and her offbeat personality crashing together to delightful results
Their chemistry was off the charts but it wasn't just spice. There was a real genuine connection that I could feel as the reader!
