Lewis Cook Jr. has been coaching around 50 years and while he has some experience at the collegiate level most of his experience revolves around high school football in Louisiana. If you played football or have kids that have played this would be the coach, you want. Even though he may not have had the biggest or fastest players he had a way to get the most out of them. But he is not only a great football coach but a good father figure to many of his players who may not have had that guidance in their life. While this is a story about a great man, I do have one issue with this book, even though this is a what some would consider a short read at 290 pages it just felt like it was too long a read and that is why I rated this 4 stars instead of five. Give this a read about a great man that we all could strive to be like in whatever career we have.
